Newa MoMo Restaurant

I tried the momo here, but they unfortunately didn't quite live up to the high expectations from the reviews. The steamed chicken momo were decent, but the chili chicken version was disappointing & lacked flavor. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and quick. The restaurant is tucked away in a charming alley and looks lovely, though the food could use some improvement. There is also plenty of seating available.

This place has a local vibe, but the food was a bit of a mixed bag. The momos were quite average and nothing special, to be honest. 🥟 However, the soup was actually pretty good and flavorful. The service is okay, but it can be a bit slow when it's busy. It’s a fine spot for a quick local snack, but don’t expect anything amazing

This place is a gem in Thamel! Delicious momos! The atmosphere is charming and and the owner Raj is very kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the fried mushroom and cheese momos and the chicken momos as well as the desert chocolate momos. Also the cherry beer is the best beer I have ever had. You must try this place when you come to Kathmandu!

ネパールに来て何度か食べたトゥクパの中で、ここのがダントツで美味しかったです！！ 日本人の口に合うとても食べやすい味付けです。またカトマンズに行った際はここでトゥクパが食べたいです。スタッフの方達がとてもフレンドリーでたくさんお話しをさせてもらいました。楽しい時間を過ごせました！ありがとうございました⭐︎

All the MoMos! I've not seen this many variations of momo before, so it was fun trying them all. Their thukpa was also great. The young guys there speak excellent english, so don't be worried if you cannot speak Nepali. The beer selection included lots of variations of barasingha.

I was recommended to this place by my hotel as they have the best MoMo in town, so I had to try. Let's say I ordered too much. Steamed Chicken, Fried buff, Spicy Lamb. My favourite taste wise was the Steamed Chicken, with Spicy Lamb second. I think Spicy Chicken would be amazing. They have cooking classes too!!! Give this place a go.

The place was quiet when I got there. I had some momos- koto! One of the best I have had since arriving in Nepal like 3 weeks ago. Do not skip it- it is a bit low key but the food was great!

番茄湯真材實料，菠菜Momo還行，但buff味道我不是很喜歡，冷掉皮有點硬。

If you looking for the best momos in Town, this is it !! We loved so much that we came back a second Time ! The pork momos are excellents, but every momos are amazing ! Don’t miss it !

I ordered black masala tea, vegetable soup and basket momo. I really liked the momos with different favours: buff, chicken, pork and chocolate!

this is a great place for authentic Nepalese food. Of course Momo‘s are the most famous, but the soups are really good as was the chow mein.

What a cute and tiny place with some amazing momos and even more! We had the beef ans vegetable momos + thukpa with chicken. And oh were we happy about the food. The momos were fried, soft, juicy and flavourful and the soup was just like your mom would make it when you are sick. 5/5! 😉 well deserved!

有很多種Momo可以選擇不同的料理方式，但是內餡都少少的，給的沾醬都是一樣的，菜單和環境有點髒髒的

Одно из немногих мест, где можно попробовать момо со шпинатом и сыром. Хотя в Гоа они на каждом шагу. Только сыр здесь будет не только внутри, но и снаружи. Столы здесь стоят слишком близко к друг другу, а многие стулья без спинок. Еда мне понравилась, а вот обстановка не очень.

お得感がないってことだけが唯一の弱点って感じ。 チョコモモ美味しい。トマトスープもちょい高いけどニンニクきいてて美味しい。 店員さんも非常に優しくて丁寧。 若干高い事だけがホント残念。

बफ थुक्पा(Buff Thukpa)とमोमो(Momo) バフが水牛でトゥクパが麺料理の名前 トゥクパは麺を千切り野菜と一緒に煮た滋味深いスープのうどんみたいな麺料理 福岡うどんくらいのかなり柔らかめの麺で、スープは少し酸味があるけど優しい味 モモは水餃子くらいの皮の厚さでスパイシーなソースを付けて食べる

ベジタブルトゥクパとモモを食べたけど、味はそうでもなく、スピナッチとチーズのモモを頼んだけど、中身はほうれん草ではなく、野沢菜のような野菜が入っていて、チーズ感は全くと言っていい程なかった。

Owner is super nice and the food is great! Chocolate momos are very good 😋😋
