I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding today’s delivery experience. I’m currently located in Al Barsha Heights, just 5 minutes away from W Mart. Unfortunately, my delivery was delayed for more than 3 hours, which is extremely disappointing. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced delays, but today was particularly frustrating. After the first hour, I contacted your team and was told it would arrive in 10 minutes. However, I kept receiving the same “10 more minutes” response every 30 minutes, with no actual update or resolution. If delivery timing is not being taken seriously, I would like to understand the purpose of offering a free delivery service for online orders. I would appreciate a proper explanation and steps on how this will be addressed moving forward. Looking forward to your response.

I live in Barsha Heights on the ground floor next to the supermarket, and you have a huge problem with delivery. It takes at least an hour and a half, sometimes more. A terrible experience.

Very Disappointed with the Service I had a terrible experience with this grocery store. I placed a delivery order expecting it to arrive within a reasonable time, but it took over an hour to get to me. There was no communication or update about the delay, and when I messaged to check, the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. For a service that should be convenient, this was anything but. Extremely frustrating and disappointing — definitely not using them again.

I received low quality product from the store during a delayed delivery, exchange for the product was assured yet no exchange was received along with being shared misinformation about having returned the item from the store manager. To mention, The delivery time, customer service , customer details retention of the store is unprofessional. Update: The item was exchanged post several unprofessional conversation.

I ordered a golden polka gift bag in April and was sent a 'Merry Christmas' bag. In April. Really? Completely unnaceptable. The worst part is that they didn't even informed me about the replacement. They just took the money and sent me whatever bag.

slow response time, delivery takes so long (more than 1 hour), low comprehension of the staff. after waiting for an hour you will get the wrong order and will take another hour to get the new one delivered.

Good offer and product but one of the bakery staff at mankhool branch, she has a bad attitude toward costumers because when she serves u will see her frowning face & look down the costumer if its kadamah.
