Overall it was a great experience. The beef hotdog was really good, and I loved their system where you can choose exactly which toppings you want to add. We also ordered one large plain fries, and honestly it was more than enough for four of us, great value. The staff were super friendly, always smiling and very welcoming, which makes a big difference. I dropped one star only because the cardboard tray used for the hotdog isn’t great quality — the bun sticks to it, which is a bit annoying. A non-stick or better-quality tray would improve the experience a lot. Still, definitely a spot I’d come back to 👍

Tried New York Fries at the Dubai Mall food court and it was absolutely amazing. The fries were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and soft inside—and the sauces were rich and full of flavor. You can really tell the quality is high. Loaded fries are on another level as well. I also tried both the loaded hot dog and the simple classic hot dog, and honestly, both were perfection. The sausages were juicy, the buns were fresh, and the toppings were well balanced without overpowering the taste. They have 4 type of loaded hotdogs and loaded fries. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re craving proper fries and hot dogs. Simple, flavorful, and very satisfying. Definitely worth trying. True hidden gem.

Food, although looked good was very poor quality, bland, fake cheese sauce, with a cheese texture that made me feel sick, almost nothing but a sprinkle of a dry "bacon" Upon raising it with staff that day, I was told to just throw it in the bin, with 0 accountability. Told him if he had ever tried it himself, he said "no". Well sir, I emplore you! I saw them on social media and wanted to give them a try as in my country fries mixed with other ingredients are very famous, very pleased with the service, fast serving and very cordial and smiley staff, the taste is good, not exaggerated dip flavors, potatoes felt like a mix with softie and crunchy texture, the prices are great, spent only 47AED with an additional dip and iced tea, I got very full! But smiley as I enjoyed every bite, thank you NYF, will be back again probably with some friends.

The portion size was quite generous, so if you have a smaller appetite, I’d recommend going for a smaller size instead. The large was very filling and perfect if you’re really hungry. The taste was excellent! The hot dog was well-cooked, and the cheddar cheese was just right—rich, creamy, and not too salty. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, making them a great snack on their own. The overall quality of the food really stood out compared to other fast food options. Aside from the food, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The service was quick, and everything was fresh and served hot. Absolutely loved the truffle fries here crispy, indulgent, and bursting with flavor! What really stood out, though, was the staff they were so accommodating and friendly throughout my visit. A perfect spot to satisfy a fry craving with a warm smile.

Absolutely delicious! I stopped by New York Fries recently, and I was blown away by how good everything was. The hot dog was perfectly cooked juicy, flavorful, and served on a soft, fresh bun. You can really tell they care about quality. I added some toppings, and it just made it even better. The fries? Next level. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, and seasoned just right. I got the classic cut, and they were honestly some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time way better than most fast food places. And to top it all off, the cold Pepsi was the perfect drink to wash everything down. Ice cold, fizzy, and refreshing just what I needed. Everything together made for the kind of meal that hits the spot. If you’re craving something quick but super tasty, I 100% recommend checking them out. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Rarely you will see a stall in Dubai Mall food court late in the afternoon with staff welcoming you with a genuine smile and approachable feeling..This is what I get from the staff of NYF Dubai Mall ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not only did they made me feel welcomed, the food I ordered was also served fast despite the area being so busy.. Kudos to the staff (I'm sad I didn't get your names) and keep up the good work. PS. Their fries are really nice 👍🏻
