NOT RECOMMENDED STORE AT ALL !!!!! Staff: Very unprofessional Store: collection very limited I bought 2 shoes, one pair they gave the wrong size and went to ask why they gave the wrong size they are like by mistake this happened and told to bring they will exchange but when I went to store they said they don't have that size I asked for return then they said it can't be returned as per Nike policy shoes can be returned within a month. But then they said they will arrange from other store and will have to wait but again they said they don't have staff I'll have to go to that store and get exchanged. Staff are very rude they think that customer is buying their product in free. Think before visiting this particular store

On 14.07.23 I purchased from here and they told that they will send the bill in phone. I reminded them in 17 th again but they told that they are looking after it. Later on when I again asked them..they started speaking in such a bad tone , very poor communication skill of the employees, they started telling me that " I guess you use keypad mobile so the bill is not showing" After that they are saying to visit the store to collect the hardcopy. If they could give the hardcopy then why didn't they provide the bill on the same day . I stay in Bangalore ,Its not possible for me to visit the store. If they agree to pay the plane fare then of course I'll visit and take the bill. ******Very bad behaviour *****

The sellers are absolutely rude and unprofessional. I went here for the first time with my uncle who was coming from a funeral thus wasn't dressed fancy. The moment we entered the store and asked whether they had my size, they bluntly replied "No" before we even finished our question. They didn't even look at us. It was totally uncalled for and unexpected from such a reputed brand's store.

नाइके का शोरूम है जिसमें कुछ भी अनोखा एवं नया नहीं है देश भर में अनेक मॉल एवं अनेक स्थानों पर अनेक शहरों पर लाइक ए कंपनी के इसी तरह के शोरूम खुले हुए हैं जूते कपड़े इत्यादि सभी सामान मूल्य से बहुत अधिक लागत में इस तरह के शोरूम उसमें बेचे जाते हैं वर्ष में दो तीन बार कंपनी डिस्काउंट पर माल बेचती है केवल तब ही यह शोरूम जाने एवं देखने योग्य होता है हालांकि डिस्काउंट के बावजूद भी सामान बेहद महंगा है

I mean I don’t know why Nike hire staffs life that, i went to Avani for another reason but for Durga puja i was planning to buy a shoe but as i was not carrying any cash i went to the outlet to choose so that i can come later and buy, and i mentioned this to the keeper , but as i mentioned i am not buying today, he was talking to me like it’s my mistake , and he was busy in his phone too, he was not even looking what am i picking or what i am asking for. This type of staffs should be fired immediately.

I have never expected this type of employee attitude from a well reputed multinational company like 'Nike'. The worst ever retail outlet I had ever seen. There is no question for visiting next time here, rather I say along with a better quality product Nike needs it's employee training. Not only being a rational customer but along with that being a student of retail management I am saying this to Nike as its feedback and recommendation.

A very very good store, with a lot more options than any other place. Please go there if you want great Nike products though it can get very very crowded.

Nice and vast collection of all varieties of shoes .Nice time to visit them will be in their season sales.

Don't know how to handle or speak with customers very poor experience . There's no enough stock also .

Nike is the best but their servents are very bad . They behave like slums. They carry Very bad attitude .they have no respect to the customer.

Small store of Nike.. but always have good collections.. friendly staff..

Good shoes are there. I asked for polo neck T shirt.I liked the service.
