Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a new pair of Nike shoes from this outlet, only to find that one of the shoes had yellowed rubber accents when I opened the box at home. It looks as though I may have been sold a used or display pair, which is completely unacceptable for a product marketed as new. I expected better quality control from a brand like Nike. This experience has really shaken my trust in the outlet and the brand itself. I hope the store improves its inspection process and customer service — I do not expect to have to inspect my shoes like a detective before leaving the store. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to carefully check every detail before buying.

Worst experience I ever had in Nike. I went for shopping and the team Nike was just having fun on mobile phone forget About asking what are you looking for they didn’t even great. They so much in to there mobile phone. I have clicked pictures

My experience with Nike is beyond imagination! My item purchased long back was replaced by going through nice procedure and I am highly satisfied with Nike!

The store is kind of small so there isn't much variety available. The shoes however are very nice. I would recommend this place to people wanting to buy shoes. If you want to buy things like accessories, gym wear, etc there are better NIKE stores available for that. Overall I had a good shopping experience so I'm giving this place 5 stars. Staff is very rude and unprofessional

Worst experience! Dont buy anything from these store the product they provide are not worthy! I did buy a shoe worth 15000 Rs and within a week the shoes lost its colour we went to replace the product it took almost a week very slow process no follow up from store and while replacement there was no cooperation from staff worst experience!!!!!!!!

who so ever is the owner.. I shopped for 10300, the staff didn’t give us bill and very unprofessional. I have strong doubts they sold discounted product in fresh price to us and keeping the difference amount with them. Owner please look into this.

What nonsense all nike in pune says number is wrong. How to connect them. Without calling how we can go just waste of time please update all your contact number in all outlets of pune

Why its not possible for me to visit this store and get something of my size? I have visited twice for Barcelona Jersey and returned empty handed. Better paste a sticker that we don't sell Small "S" size clothes.

Worst experience!! Staff doesn't cooperate at all. Replacement policy is hectic and time consuming! Not worthy buying from this store!
