I recently visited the Nike Store, and honestly, it was a pretty good shopping experience overall. The store itself looks really clean and well organized the moment you walk in. Everything from shoes to apparel is neatly displayed, so it’s easy to just browse without feeling lost or overwhelmed. What I liked the most was the variety. They had a solid collection of running shoes, sneakers, and workout clothes. I tried on a couple of pairs, and the comfort level was actually noticeable, especially in their running range. You can tell they focus a lot on both performance and style. Even the casual wear looked trendy enough to wear outside the gym. The staff were helpful but not pushy, which made a big difference. They gave suggestions when asked and let me take my time deciding. That kind of relaxed environment makes shopping way more enjoyable. One thing though the prices are definitely on the higher side. You do feel it while billing, but at the same time, the quality and brand value kind of justify it. Overall, visiting the Nike store in Jayanagar felt like a smooth and satisfying experience. If you’re someone who likes good quality sportswear and doesn’t mind spending a bit extra, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Clean, spacious layout makes browsing easy. Apparel quality top-notch; prices premium but expected. Smooth billing and exchange process. Easy stop while walking the Church Street stretch.

Bought a pair of AF 1 from the showroom recently. Had a really good experience.. Kannan from the staff helped me choose the right size and style..super helpful and friendly.. Another guy (didn't catch his name) helped me pick some matching accessories, which really completed the look. Really happy with the overall service and the vibe at the store. I had a very disappointing experience at the Nike showroom on Church Street, Bengaluru. I went there specifically to buy the Nike Pegasus – a premium model that I had already researched and planned to purchase. However, to my shock, the staff refused to allow me inside the store simply because it was raining. I was told, “We’re not allowing people inside since it’s raining.” This made no sense, especially considering that other customers were already inside and were going in and out freely during the same time. It felt discriminatory and unprofessional. As a paying customer ready to buy a high-end product, I expected better behavior and customer service from a reputed brand like Nike. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. I hope the store management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that no customer is treated unfairly in the future – rain or shine.

I had very bad incident with sales people at this Nike store , such brand hold big name, service just like dhabha(road side store) like unknown seller. Plz be mindful they don’t have return policy in store purchases, I never encountered such store . And I couldn’t get the bill on that time , had little situation,still was bearing it, called store , told to come to store for bill but went there today all female employees idk, what’s wrong with them to speak politely, just rude n rough. They don’t care after ur purchase. Very bad customer service, expect few male employees, at least they try. Idk, what does they lose if they just try n talk give solution but instead pissing off unnecessarily, where it just feeds ego. Overall just dissatisfaction and disappointed from such international brands. Just be cautious about their policies n few female employees, I couldn’t get to ask her name or else I would have mention her. God give her bit of strength to work more politely in future.

We thought we had a good experience at your store where we picked up a pair of Jordan kids in 2023, but the soles just broke and getting help from NIKE is EXTREMELY tedious. I need to get a duplicate receipt from your store u order to process my complaint and ALL the numbers you have listed DO NOT WORK🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Thank you for your prompt reply and details provided. Special shout out to Vikas who was very polite and proactive in sending me the necessary information. However, I’ve changed my rating from two to one star due to the extremely poor quality of the product. Moreover, when we bought the shoes, we were told JORDANS had a two year warranty which NIKE INDIA does NOT honour in reality. Jordan’s that we bought in the US atleast two years before the shoes I question, hence used atleast ten times more, are still in great condition. Seems like sub-SUB-STANDARD/REJECTED NIKE stock is being DISHONESTLY UNLOADED IN THE INDIAN MARKET. So disappointing

Worst experience. Literally stood inside the store for 5 minutes and not one person bothered to assist us. No one responded to our query as well. Might as well close the shop and leave if you guys can’t provide legit customer service Pathetic and disappointing

I had a disappointing experience with the staff. When I asked for water, they outright refused and said they don’t provide water. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and not expected from a service-oriented establishment. I hope the management takes note and improves staff training and basic hospitality standards.🙄

I’ve visited your store a couple of times for shopping and generally enjoy the experience. However, during my recent visits, I encountered behavior from one of your staff members that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. There is a girl named Arbin Nida, and unfortunately, her attitude toward customers has been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, she avoided assisting us, deliberately walked away, and stood in the background laughing or smirking in a way that felt very disrespectful and unwelcoming. Such behavior made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I didn’t even want to make a purchase. I believe every customer deserves basic courtesy, and this kind of conduct creates a negative impression of your store. I’m genuinely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism displayed and hope that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure better customer service in the future.

Unreasonable reservation policy Terrible customer service. I requested they hold a pair of Jordans for 24 hours. They refused to reserve them without full payment—impossible to do without trying the size first. Naturally, the shoes were sold out when I arrived the next day. They showed zero empathy and made no effort to help locate stock elsewhere. This store prioritizes immediate sales over customer satisfaction. A wasted trip. Note to Management: Focus on customer empathy and farme better reservation policies for interested customer. This kind of service forces customers to move to other brands.
