Great experience at Nike Seawoods. Called ahead to check stock for the Pegasus 41 and was surprised that the landline actually works! The staff was super helpful over the phone and in-person. Picked up the Pegasus 41 to replace my 38s, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Shoutout to the staff for being so responsive!

Lovely experience visiting the Nike Store for a Gym bàg. Staff was cordial and helpful and I was delighted that they offered me the same price as online store. Will visit again. Only wish they stocked more products. Range is limited in sportswear and accessories.

I had a terrible experience at this store. The moment we entered, I noticed an employee laughing right after we walked in. This felt extremely unwelcoming and disrespectful. It completely threw me off and made me feel as though we weren’t valued as customers. What made it even worse was that I was wearing a branded T-shirt, which was far more expensive than Nike i think that made him laugh, and I’ve spent lakhs on Nike shoes over the years. Seeing such behavior from employees, despite being a loyal customer of high end brands, was shocking. To add to the disappointment, the store seemed to have very limited stock, and the quality of the products felt like “roadchap” stock. It’s unacceptable for a store to treat customers this way, especially when people are willing to invest in premium products. This experience was a total disaster. I hope the management steps in and provides proper training to their staff on how to behave with customers. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend visiting this store.

The staff is helpful and they also have a lot of variety when it comes to shoes.

Brand itself is one of the best brand of the world. Outlet design is nicely done but less collections keeps customers away. Kindly maintain the stock on larger scale to fetch the trendy crowd. I am a regular customer of this brand so thumbs up as usual.

Does not even deserve one star. Five salespeople , all huddlednera the cash counter gossiping, no fresh stock and barely one piece of existing stock. When asked they don't know when anything will come. The male assiatnt helped with women's clothing with the gil on staff still busy gossiping. Worst experience. Save yourself the trouble and go to another store, even town and spare yourself se mental agony.

Dosnt deserve 1 star also . The worst staff ever . Rude behaverior No proper respose Bussy on their mobile and no respect to the customer.

no discounts at all, staff behavior wasn't good, really disappointed .. I suggest to take some time and go to Mulund factory store for more variety and discounts ..
