Unethical Charges: Charging 250 LKR for 'checking' a product you failed to repair is exploitation. False Claims: Stop lying that the customer apologized. No one apologizes for being overcharged and mistreated. Stop hiding behind excuses and take responsibility for your unprofessional service!" The woman in the front seem to be angry at us for no reason. She behaves like she's annoyed by our presence and give an attitude when we ask a question about an item they sell. Isn't she supposed to be more cooperative with the customers? Overall I'm very dissatisfied with their customer service. Then prices in their shop seem to be a bit high compared to other places. However there's a guy in there who's being helpful as he can everytime, but he isn't present all the time. Hope the owner will see this and improve current issues, specially that woman in the front, she needs more training, discipline, how to talk to customers when it comes to handling customers and keep her damn attitudes at home. This isn't the first time! Otherwise this shop is going to loose customers like they lost me.
