Visited Nini’s Kitchen yesterday and honestly, it was such a delightful experience ✨ The ambience is super cozy and aesthetic—perfect for both casual hangouts and small celebrations. The vibe feels warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. Coming to the food, everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The taste truly stands out, especially if you love a mix of comfort and slightly gourmet-style dishes. Portions were decent and worth the price. Service was quick and polite, which made the overall experience even better. Staff was attentive without being overbearing. Overall, Nini’s Kitchen is definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in Surat and looking for good food with a great vibe. Will surely visit again💛

The place is a must try. All the dishes exceeded expectations in terms of taste and the staff is super kind to customise the order as per your preference. Apart from the yummy food.The ambience of the restaurant is very nice. Food is fresh and delicious. Soup, pizza and desserts were absolutely amazing. Service is very prompt; staff in polite. Their sitting arrangements is also very spacious so even if you are large group of family and friends you will feel easy and comfortable. Prices are like regular fine dine restaurants. Ample of parking space. Surely recommended, specially for families.

The restaurant claim that they are serving food inpurest form and taste. But the claims are only on paper and mention in there menu. There is no relation with taste and service, overpriced menu serving very basic preparation without any taste. Tried Dahi kebabs, worst till date, there is no taste pizza and serving style was 30 years old when we know pizza in initial stage , pasta also very bad in taste. Service was very bad, we waited for 20-25 minutes for someone come to take order. Really wasted our money and time. Not recommended.

Went on Christmas night, but could get seated at once, food was tasty, the drinks too were good. Little costly as we paid 800 to 1000 per person without any desert.

Food was too good. We were a family of 4, one of us doesn't have cheese, we ordered Mexican rice with separate cheese sauce, which they gave us but the rice felt dry without any gravy so we requested extra gravy to mix instead of the cheese sauce. The staff immediately got us some extra gravy which made the rice even tastier. All the items which we had ordered were excellent 👌

Having visited this place since its inception in Ahmedabad, it’s incredible to see how it has grown into a well-known brand with multiple branches. Despite its expansion, the quality, taste, and presentation of the food have only improved. The attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere make it a perfect choice for a family outing. Truly, a grade-A destination and a must-visit place with family!

This is a multicusine family restaurant . It has opened sometimes back and is a good place to visit with family, kids & friends. During our visit, we found there was slight waiting. Probably we were the last customer taken in as beyond our arrival as informed by the staff they had their own function to celebrate opening of this outlet. The service was quick, though slight confusion over dedicated person serving us. The food, particularly the soup & and starters, was really good. The Italian dishes too tasted good. However, Indian food was at par with any other decent restaurant. During our visit, we found multiple birthday celebrations, and lots of kids were present. As nos. of tables are many, the place seemed noisy. The ambience was good, and the staff was very polite and willing to provide good service Portions served were decent. The place seemed a little expensive. However, one must visit this place for a good experience .

I had a very disappointing experience at Nini’s Kitchen yesterday.i have never written such kind of negativity for anybody but today I have to We went there to celebrate the birthdays of two family members, but the entire experience was upsetting. I noticed that the same staff who were serving food were also collecting used plates from tables. Freshly prepared food was being kept in the same area where dirty plates were placed, which is very unhygienic. I also saw one staff member taking leftover chutney from other customers, adding more to it, and serving it again. This was extremely shocking and unacceptable. The service overall was very poor. There was a lot of delay, and waiters were just moving around without responding properly. Even when we asked for help, they avoided us. I saw other customers also unhappy and complaining. The person serving food seemed uninterested and was serving carelessly, almost throwing food onto plates. It felt like they were trying to manage a large restaurant with very limited staff. The issue is not about money, but about basic hygiene and service standards. It was my decision to take my family there, and I feel really bad that on such a special occasion, they had such an unpleasant experience.

Overpriced, Overhyped, and Terrible Service at Nini’s Kitchen (Surat Branch) I had high expectations for Nini’s Kitchen in Surat, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. Despite its popularity, the service and food quality were extremely disappointing. Every order took more than 40 minutes to arrive, which is simply unacceptable. To make things worse, the waiter misled us about portion sizes, leaving us with either too much or too little food. And for the insanely high prices, the quality and quantity were nowhere near justifiable. It felt like we were paying a premium for nothing. The overall ambiance was equally frustrating. The staff seemed completely indifferent to cleanliness—trash and used napkins were left on our table for ages, and no one cared to clear them. On top of that, the restaurant was extremely noisy, not just because of other guests but also due to the staff chatting and laughing loudly. Their unfriendly and dismissive attitude only made things worse. For a restaurant that charges such high prices, I expected at least decent service and food. Unfortunately, Nini’s Kitchen (Surat) failed miserably on both counts. Definitely not worth the money or the wait!

Good food Daal makhni and Mexican rice could be better Overall good experience. Would recommend them to have soft beverages cause not everyone would want a mocktail.

So I was celebrating my mother‘s 60th 🎉 nini’s kitchen and the overall ambience and Decor was very very very good. They do have a Car parking space the washrooms are neat and clean separate for a male and female. coming down to the quality of food it was up to the mark and the food was very delicious. We ordered Roasted masal papad Fried masal papad Mushroom soup Hot & sour soup Tomatos bell pepper soup Lemon coriander soup Manchow soup Wonton soup For starters we ordered Dahi Kabab very very delicious Panner nazakat Bharwaan mushroom Tandoori Dim sum Masal butter milk Plain butter milk For main course Onion kulcha Butter naan Peri peri panner kofta Dum phukt biryani And Blueberry cheese cake.

Infrastructure wise is very good but the food is ok. Don't buy pizza at all, it's too bad. Try Panjabi dish. Very crowded place though. It's hard to hear the voice of someone from your table.

We have been here before and ordered Indian dishes. They were up to par and we enjoyed. However, last week we went back and ordered pizza and ravioli. These items were way below par. We could not finish. Waste of money. Indian platter appetizer was really good. We would say they excel in Indian dishes only.

An evening with family and friends. Fine dining experience. Weekend vibes. Yummy food with good service. The menu design is also interesting. Overall a good experience.
