I have an apartment in there 1 of the buildings,they are trustworthy money wise,but I am dissapointed in some of the inbuilt features of the house,the material inside washroom is not good quality,doors not good quality,the house wasn't painted,many places were not blocked and filled with cement it was open,so I am quite disappointed honestly

I am a going to be resident of a recently completed scheme of Ratnaakar. They Charge too high expenses for maintenance and other expenses. Does not provide tax receipts... Probably even evades tax... I am going to file consumer case against Ratnaakar builder for sure...
