Dr. Akef is an outstanding doctor. He carefully examined my condition, explained the cause clearly, and suggested the right treatment. I started feeling better after following his advice. Very thankful for his care, I had a great experience in there because Dr Akef is so nice with patients which make the patient feel like a home not a hospital. Even though, it's a hospital, I find kindness and humanity which makes me comfortable to treat in NMC hospital. And the receptionists are also warmly welcome and their patience level is more than expected. Besides, the process of checking the procedure is too fast so there is no delay. I accept NMC deira is good for the treatment.

I recently visited NMC Medical Centre Deira with a severe fever and was blown away by the exceptional care I received. Dr. Huzna and Dr. Sunitha were absolute gems - super empathetic, patient, and communicated everything clearly, which gave me total confidence in their treatment. They took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. A huge shoutout to the nurses in OPD and the treatment room too, they were amazing! Even the IV medication was administered professionally and painlessly. And major props to the insurance department, they were super helpful in getting urgent approval sorted out for me. The whole experience was so smooth and stress-free, I'm seriously impressed. Highly recommend this centre for anyone needing top-notch medical care in Deira!

Recently, I’ve visited in Nmc deira . It was a great experience with dr. Kamal Hashem. He is very nice doctor. The way of his explanation is very nice and staff is also very cooperative.. I’m really appreciate that.. thank you so much everyone for helping me in each and every step

I just want to share my experience every time we visit Doctor Mohan (Pedia) at NMC Healthcare Abu Hail. Whenever my son is not feeling well because of fever, I always observe how detailed he is when checking my child. He explains everything very well, making sure you truly understand the situation. What I really appreciate about him is that he does not immediately give medications like antibiotics unless he is sure about the results of the blood test or other examinations. He is very careful and responsible with his treatment. I also appreciate how he follows up by calling to check if my son is already feeling better. You can even contact him through WhatsApp, and he patiently explains all the test results and guides you until your baby becomes well. Just want to say thank you, Doctor. Highly recommended! 🙏

I visited NMC DEIRA yesterday (29 April 2026) and I would like to commend Crizza from the reception area for her outstanding service at the clinic. She truly goes the extra mile to ensure every patient feels supported and cared for. Beyond her role at reception, she not only registers patients efficiently but also actively assists with their needs. What stood out most was her initiative and compassion. With proper coordination and permission from the doctor, she takes the time to connect patients with the appropriate specialists, ensuring they receive the best possible care. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients make a significant difference in the overall experience. Crizza is a valuable asset to the clinic, and her commitment to excellent service deserves recognition. She deserves to be recognized by her line manager or the head of the clinic.

Other day, i pondered over the fact that we started visiting NMC Abu Hail over two decades ago. It was on a reference to Dr Kuldeep Kumar Suneja, Orthopedics specialist. We were amazed by the professionalism, sincerity and diagnosis to the point. When a painful knee issue was just mentioned, a thorough examination was done vastly in silence. Then Doctor conveyed back all the associated aspects which we prepared to tell him. That was a speedy solution and recovery. Needless to say, since then, all our ortho needs were addressed by him to our complete satisfaction. On the recent visits for a foot joint issue, he voluntarily examined the foot and footwear with bare hands…off course, washing hands thoroughly after. Such sincerity is uncommon. We always felt a service well received with Dr Kuldeep at every interaction.. Dr Kuldeep always grabs our whole hearted gratitude & immense respect which extends to the profession as well. Thank you sir..

I had a very poor experience at NMC Medical Center Abu Hail. The waiting time is extremely long, and there was no staff available in the vitals room. I had to wait more than 30 minutes just for basic checks. Overall, the service needs serious improvement.

I’m truly grateful for the outstanding care and professionalism I received from the ophthalmologist Dr. Anjana Karunakaran during my keratoconus surgery. From the first consultation to the recovery process, everything was handled with great expertise, patience, and kindness. I experienced very slow service. I kept explaining that I needed a referral from the GP to Neurology, but they just kept telling me to wait. I ended up waiting for more than two hours just to get a GP consultation. The team really needs to focus on improving their service. If we need to come for a check-up, we practically have to spend the whole day here — it’s very disappointing.

worst service from (both nmc abuhail and nmc al nahda..) after cant detect my problem for continues fever more than 1 month from nmc abuhail . even after doing almost 10 test including stool urine etc etc..doctor asking me why you are getting fever ..like iam his doctor , and he is my patient...and 1 doctor blaming another doctor for why he dint give me antibiotics (from general and gastro doctors), just to get general doctor i waited 1 and half hour in nmc abuhail.. anyway they recommended me to go nmc al nahda direct emergency dept, to get iv and antibiotics, with surety of insurance will pass, i visit nmc al nahda , first of all only one person in reception to handle all patients, they told me first i have to deposit 500 , after they check tests they will return if any remaining amount, they gave me bed for nothing just to lie down until insurance pass, i told doctor to give me antibiotics doctor refused and said i have to admit , ok, then another doctor after 1 hour came said has to make 6 or 7 tests to detect what's wrong, also she will give me antibiotics, i said ok, i was waiting almost 3 hours total from start to end in nmc al nahda , after so much waiting guy told me call insurance to approve me test, even after calling insurance got declined , and i gone for reception even in reception so much waiting finally said 275 AED for lying in bed for 2 hours and 225 will be refund even after 2 weeks..

After struggling with my daughter’s cold and cough for almost 2 years, visiting so many doctors in Dubai and India, we finally met Dr.Gaihlot Mahboob Ali Asghar Ali HOD Paediatrics and it was truly life-changing..He was the only doctor who correctly diagnosed her issue and started the right treatment.. It has been 7 months now, and I can see a huge difference in her health.. Earlier, she used to fall sick very frequently and would catch infections very fast Now, Alhamdulillah, she is much healthier and doing so much better.. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Mahboob Ali for his care, knowledge, and treatment.. May Allah bless him for helping so many families..Highly recommended for anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely understands and treats the root cause..
