I had an appointment with Dr. ………… on 28th May 2026. Unfortunately, I arrived less than 10 minutes late, but I was informed by the receptionist that the doctor had already left the hospital at 06:40 PM, despite his duty timing being until 07:00 PM and no one called me to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Additionally, I attempted to contact your customer care number, which is displayed throughout the hospital, but no one answered my calls or called me back. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with hospital management regarding the matter, the reception team informed me that no management personnel were available in the hospital. I then requested to be connected with a manager over the phone, but this request was also rejected. I am very disappointed with the poor level of operations and customer service at your hospital. Patients should receive proper support and professionalism, especially in situations like this (broken leg).

My experience with Dr. Mohammad Zahour was excellent. My daughter was admitted to the ER and needed hand surgery. Dr. Mohammad was very understanding and made the right decision at the right time. The surgery was 100% successful, and he is very reassuring and supportive. He was also very helpful during follow-up visits. I choose Bareen Hospital because of him and highly recommend him.

Took my daughter ( Emergency) beds looks dirty, old, to be honest disgusting. Drs are professional and kind also nurses. But what made me do the review a smell of onions 😟! Some of the staff is eating.
