We have been visiting this clinic for the last 3 years and are extremely grateful to Dr. Ajayan Payyadakkath for his excellent care. He is kind, attentive, and very gentle with children. He listens carefully and provides clear guidance and reassurance. We especially appreciate how carefully he prescribes medication, ensuring that children are not exposed to unnecessary or excessive medication. His compassionate and professional approach makes every visit stress free. We highly recommend him. Many of our family and friends share the same positive experience. The nursing staff are also friendly, supportive, and professional.

We have been visiting this hospital for the past few years for our pediatric consultations with Dr. Ajayan. He has always treated our child with great care and professionalism. Our kid feels very comfortable with him, which is very important for us as parents. Dr. Ajayan patiently answers all our questions and explains everything clearly, never rushing the consultation. Even though we have now shifted and travel all the way from Dubai, we continue to visit him because of the trust, comfort, and homely feeling we experience during every visit. We truly appreciate his dedication and highly recommend him to other parents.

Based on my experience at the clinic, I called the call center and spoke with an employee named Zamzam Eid. She was very kind and helped me a lot. When I went to the clinic, I met her there and she accompanied me to the doctor. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and I truly thank her very much. The clinic is excellent — all the staff are respectful, quick to respond, and very attentive to cleanliness and the patient’s condition.

Dr. Ajayan is a great pediatrician. He is kind, patient, and really listens to our concerns. He explains things clearly and never makes us feel rushed. Our daughter feels comfortable with him, which means a lot to us. We’re very thankful to have him as our doctor.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Rebecca. I was nervous and afraid during my ENT visit because of my ear problem, but she was very kind, patient, and professional. She explained everything she was doing step by step, which really helped calm me down and made me feel comfortable and reassured. She listened carefully and treated me with care and understanding. I was impressed by the efficiency of the receptionist. She managed multiple patients calmly and ensured everyone was attended to properly. The cashier was equally professional and explained insurance coverage and payment breakdown clearly. Excellent teamwork.

Good medical centre with supportive doctors and staff. Clean facility and good treatment experience. Waiting time can be improved, but overall service was satisfactory.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at NMC Hospital. We were given an appointment at 3:30 PM, yet we had to wait until 4:45 PM before my wife was finally called for her scan. Waiting more than an hour without proper communication or explanation is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. Additionally, our experience with Dr. Saima was very upsetting. Her behavior was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. As patients, we expect to be treated with basic respect and care, especially in a healthcare environment. Unfortunately, we felt disrespected and uncomfortable during the consultation. Overall, the service quality was very poor. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their appointment system and staff behavior

I had very positive experience with this clinic from the reception desk to lovely lady that is making Xrays and very nice pediatrician dr Mahish. Thank you again for your professionalism

Some of the front desk team are not very friendly or welcoming, and the front desk service can be quite slow at times. The process for issuing medical certificates is especially delayed—it took two days to receive one, and only after we followed up with a call. Although the payment link was sent the next morning, no further action was taken by the team until we called again in the evening, at which point they started the same process all over again. On the positive side, the doctors I have consulted—pediatrics, ENT, orthopedics, internal medicine, and general physician—are professional, knowledgeable, and take the time to clearly explain both the condition and the prescribed treatment. The nurses, laboratory, radiology and pharmacy staff are also very cooperative and supportive. The services are good as well. Very poor service from the General Medicine nursing station. The staff did not bother to check whether the treatment was covered by insurance or required cash payment. Without any verification, the charges were directly placed under cash payment. After making the payment, we contacted the insurance provider for further treatment, and they confirmed that the test we paid for was actually covered under insurance.

Very bad dentist service, I called and ask them about consultation fee and they said we don’t know now we will ask the doctor and call you tomorrow, other day I got a sms message for appointment and I went to the dentist clinic to adjust the braces for my daughter only to Dr.Krishna Sharma and they ask me to pay 470 AED I noticed that there machine lights are not working and have some issue as well, when I said that you guys why did not tell me from the beginning that your fees is this much than they give me a discount of 10%, while I’m doing it in only 100 AED from somewhere else. There was a paper where it written 200 AED than they change by pen to 400 AED than they cut it and change the price to 470 AED and said to me if you have Fazaa or Esaad card we can give you 25% discount so I felt very bad and unprofessional. I will post that paper as well

Its clean, but not always on time. 2 timed i visited it ,with appointment and 30min delay for consultation and again delay for hair & skin treatment.
