We loved our stay at Nobles Tower! Clean apartment, the pool is quite small but enough to enjoy the sun with a nice view of the road at the 1st floor. They offer the stay only, no restaurant. You have gym and sauna. Business Bay Area is very nice! Hope to find an available apartment when we go back in few months.

Hi Big thanks to Mr.Amir Abbasi & Muhammad, they are extremely professional, very responsive and understanding. The security guards are very professionals.They made the conveyance service smooth and easy.they have a good amenities. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend stay in Nobles tower Tower with great views .

Café Jones offers an exceptional experience. The service is warm and prompt, always with a smile. The food is delicious, with fresh flavors and beautiful presentation. A perfect place to enjoy yourself and feel well taken care of.

Doskonała lokalizacja, 5 minut taxi od Burj Khalifa, pięknie oświetlony, mam apartment na 43 piętrze. Moje miejsce parkingowe, które ktoś nielegalnie zajmował, od czasu gdy wprowadzili karty dostępu, mój wynajmujący bez problemu może parkować na moim miejscu. Ochrona działa bardzo sprawnie i dba o interesy właścicieli aby nikt z wynajmujących nie niszczył mieszkań i budynku oraz stosował się do zasad. Brawo!!! Budowany obok Burj Binghatti ma już 40 pięter!!! A docelowo jak Tiger Sky obok, ma mieć 122 piętra. Dwa najwyższe budynki po Burj Khalifa w Dubaju!!!

I recently moved into this building and, although it looks nice from the outside, the internal quality has been extremely disappointing — especially for a new property. I have only been living here for two months and I’ve already experienced several issues: • The kitchen sink started leaking and had a very terrible smell. • Shortly after, the bathroom sink also began leaking. • Water from some units was leaking down into the gym located below, and as a result, they had to open two large holes in my apartment wall (and others also) to investigate the cause. • After my wall was opened, dust spread throughout the entire apartment. The building did send someone to vacuum, but the dust continued to fall from the air and settle on all my furniture and surfaces in the living room. For a building that is supposed to be new, these problems clearly show very poor construction quality and maintenance. I strongly recommend thinking carefully before renting here.

I was surprised and disappointed to learn that the access cards for the property's amenities come with a hefty charge of 500 AED each, totaling 1500 AED for a 1 BHK unit. What's even more concerning is that this fee must be paid in cash, which feels antiquated and inconvenient in today's digital age. Given that access cards are a standard for unit owners, I believe it's only fair that they are provided free of charge. It's especially unreasonable for the developer to charge for them, especially when a homeowner is purchasing a property from them. After a year since the developer/building management company that implemented this system, and yet, it still feels unfair and unprofessional. We expect transparency and customer-friendly policies when it comes to access and amenities. I strongly urge the developer to revisit this policy and consider providing access cards to unit owners at no extra cost. In fact, it would be more beneficial for the developer to absorb this cost as part of the overall property purchase price, rather than tacking it on as an additional expense. This would not only enhance the overall owner experience but also reflect positively on the developer's reputation for customer service and community engagement.

Very bad management very bad security. We have 1 apartment in this building. Mr Obada he is not given us approval for check in. He says I'm off today. In hoildays home guest can come anytime. I guess he was doing this for money. Shame on tight building and management.

She was professional, supportive, and very efficient in handling all the details, including the move-in permit and building formalities. Usually I don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience on this one. Since purchasing my apartment about two years ago, everything on Tigers side has been excellent. The Nobles handover manager, Maher, has done an exceptional job & been supportive along the way. I would also like to mention Elias from the collections dept and Mohammad from customer service dept have also been incredibly helpful throughout the entire 2 year process.
