Very Bad Experience, Staying 1 year in the apartment and found recently having apartments for Massage ladies inviting a lot of stranger mans and in one night , we heard a man screaming help help help and door of apartment is locked .. so we decided to leave then now we stuck down in reception because they made a Face ID and not letting us to go .. very very very bad , they have apartments for sharing and bad things are happening in the building and one of them he came down and acting like call the owner you rent the apartment from !!!!!!!! I don’t recommend it at all , So bad of everything

تسكين للشقق الفندقية التجربة غير لطيفة خصوصاً أنهم بدأو بأعمال إصلاحات بالشقة المجاورة وأصوات المثقاب الترددي يُسمع من الطابق الأرضي الأزعاج كبير جداً ولا أنصح أحد بالمرور بهذه التجربة التي مررنا بها، ثم قمنا بتسجيل الخروج بسبب الأزعاج ليلة واحدة باكراً ولكنهم رفضوا إعادة المبلغ كاملاً وقرروا خصم النصف لا أعلم بناءً على ماذا،ولكنني سوف اتقدم بشكوى لدائرة السياحة ودائرة الأراضي في دبي، هذا لا يجب أن يمر مرور الكرام

We have moved to Noor Residence and we have been enjoying our new home, would like to say that the building is very calm and peaceful and the staff working in the building is very polite, respectful and helpful too, thanks to Lisa, Amrit and Ismail for the support given when needed. Feels great to be welcomed every day by them at the lobby.

This location is now change. Now its care holiday homes. Google should change the name of this location.

Don’t go there ! The apartments are very old and smell bad like smoke. I will not repeat the experience at all. In fairness the beds are comfortable and the apartment is clean. There was a woman named Radwa who is very nice and helpful.

Nice apartment for families. Very clean building. No commission

My worries about moving to dubai and starting a bew life plus settling in were all made at ease as soon as i met Lisa.. shes been amazing..n so has roland..bablu...ismail and the whole team..thumbs up and highly recommend..

Very Cozy and clean Appartments, Service is amazing and staff are highly trained with great hospitality, We enjoyed our Full family stay with pleasure

تعامل من موظفين الاستقبال سيئ للغاية وفي يوم الخروج الساعة ١٢ تم إطفاء الكهرب ولدي عائلة وأطفال وهذا التعامل سيئ جداً ولا أنصح التعامل معهم

سيئ جدا تم تثبيت حجزنا وقمنا بالاتصال بهم لتأكيد الحجز وتم تأكيد الحجز ولما قمنا بالقدوم إلى الفندق تفاجائنا بإلغاء الحجز من قبل الموظف المصري والموظفة نيرمين مما سبب لنا احراج كبير و تأخير في الوقت للبحث عن فندق اخر
