When the store is allocated in nugegoda I've shopped and now the store had been moved to a best new place in galle road, Colombo. Check it out the social media pages and get the current updates of the store. Even the dress designs also been renewed. Love the new collections of nora reed. Also their customer service is sooo good. Highly recommend the dress for any occasion. Following mentions pictures are some of the dresses that I purchased at Nora Reed.

They got good collection of ladies cloths. Price is ok with designs. Parking will be difficult since not much space available at the front.

Though they have a beautiful collection the staff is not helpful at all, I wanted to find a dress and when I asked she just told me it’s available if it is in the ground floor and walked away. And no proper mechanism for power outages as well, so quite a hustle when the power is out.

Very beautiful collection of dresses. Loved the party dresses collection. Very reasonable prices than the other stores in Nugegoda. Updated and fashionable collection of dresses. Really impressed with the designs and the prices. Store was also nicely designed. You can freely go around and select the dresses. Friendly and helpful staff.

Customer service is amazing. Specially in the ground floor both sales guys are giving full satisfaction for the customers. However I must say there is a huge fabric and desighn quality down in Nora Reed that is why I giving only 4 stars. They had gorgeous designs earlier. I don't know what happened to the fabric and desighns quality. Earlier there were so many things to buy but now not. Please be improve your fabric quality and designs quality.another thing to notice nora reed there are same colors every day. Please improve

Super disappointed about the Nugegoda shop. First day we went to the shop at 7.50pm and the staff pushed us out even when we were halfway inside saying it’s closed. And when asked about the time they close, she closed the door and said it’s at 8. The next day we went again to buy a crop top. The staff are working as if they pay us to buy the items. Not helpful at all and having attitude. The items are damaged, the stitches are broken. I bought a two piece set and after going home found that the stitches were loose, took the same to exchange without even removing the tags. The staff were accusing that it hasn’t happened before and when the same damage was shown to them on the other garments, the staff acted as if we have removed the stitches. And refused to exchange to a different type of dress mentioning their exchange policy which is very unfair. Also when I requested about the sale items, the girl in the cashier acted as if she’s not interested in answering and when I asked whether it’s only online or it’s there in the store, the answer was just a NO. The girl at cashier had next level attitude. And the staff were unhygienic. This was the first time that I went to Nora Reed and will definitely be the last! And will not recommend to anyone else even.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't think they know how to talk to people in general not just customers. Very rude and very egoistic with an unnecessary attitude. It was confirmed to me once I read the google reviews. Seriously be humble and help out whena customer has a complain regarding your services and products. Sewing a different size tag on a larger size to just get your money is unethical and violating consumer rights and on top of that such bad customer service. Utterly ridiculous and disappointing.

Experienced the worst customer service in my life. Went there to return a dress but non of the sales people were friendly. Lady at the cashier had a grumpy face. Most of their materials are damaged and sawing is not neat. You should teach your sales girls to smile with the customer instead of smiling to the customer.

Poor customer service. I went to this store today around 7.40PM (it was open at that time), and the guys downstairs were friendly and helpful in finding the sizes. Then I went upstairs to try on the dress, and when I returned to the cashier from the fitting room, a lady appeared and spoke to me in a very rude tone with a grumpy face. ("අපි දැන් වහනවා ඔයා ඉක්මන් කරන්න") I believe these salespeople should be more courteous to their customers. These factors should be considered by management. I don't think they'll be able to keep customers with this kind of staff. They have a nice collection but terrible customer service.

Go ahead and visit the shop. They have a vast collection of dresses. And the designs all are beautiful too. Specially if you are finding for party dresses,, there is a vast collection. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the unexpected bad customer service. Respectfuly I hope that they consider extending working hours till atleast 9pm considering that the shop is located towards the heart of Nugegoda and they do have a wide collection of dresses. 1) The lady who was near the fitting room on the 02nd floor refused to bring another dress for my wife from the same design from the 03rd floor and the reason she gave was that she has to fold the clothes that are left behind by the other customers near the fitton rooms. (My wife requested to get it changed because a few stitches were loose) 2) My wife's phone battery had died, and she wanted to place a call from the store since I was on the way to the place when she arrived to the store and I was to pay for the dress. But the staff had denied saying that they had not paid the bill so they are not able to do so and that they cannot give their personal phones as well to take calls. (Kind of understandable, but in a situation like that they would have helped her??) 3) It was closing time, and we were at the cashier the register was already powered down. And mind me when I say he powered it back on and billed our items. We paid our bill and when we were about to leave, there was a couple at the door. The boy was pleading that they had a frock selected that they only wanted to fitton the size and purchase it since they were in a hurry to go to a party, and that they were not aware of the closing time and they came directly after work. But the staff did not let them in at all. ( Yes, they have every right to deny to provide service after their closing time, which by the way is 8pm. Yet it was not ethical to refuse the service to them the way that they did and also considering that they were at the store at 8.02pm. Mind me when I say the boy was pleading to the staff member at the door and so was the girl.) Overall I wish Nora reed would literally replace the staff working at the Nugegoda outlet since they have a vast collection from uk sizes 6 and upwards and judging by the other reviews and cusotomer experiences that the staff members do have a bad attitude towards the customers which is very unacceptable. Hopefully we expect to see changes.

Loved the service here. The staff is really helpful in trying to find the best dress one likes whilst not interfering with the decision making. Items are of good quality and priced very reasonably. I believe this was started recently and went in to check.it out. It has limited items but all of great quality. Loved that they focused on a few well designed ones instead of large volumes. It has very limited parking options. So during rush hours it may be impossible to find parking space.

They had some okay designs, a bit of a fancy side. BUT most of the materials are damaged and not good quality. They have a strong exchange policy, which means they are fully aware of the bad quality products. I would suggest that if you do shop at this location. Check the product from top to bottom before paying. And would recommend the management to recruit a friendly cashier/ receptionist. There was a young lady upstairs, who assisted us with finding a dress which wasn't damaged, she didn't speak but she was very helpful.

They have a good collection. But most of the sizes are not available. The customer service is not that great. I ordered dress online and had to follow up a lot to get the package details and it was delivered without the belt of the dress. And when I called they didn't even apologize for that. I had to go to the store to pick the belt and the cashier just gave the it without even a bag. The customer service has to really improve.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The collection is truly amazing, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from. ❌ Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired, especially the lady cashier who was rude. However, there was one exception with a helpful service provider on the first floor. ❌ The counters where clothes are hung are dirty, which detracts from the overall shopping experience. ❌ Additionally, the arrangement of clothes makes it incredibly difficult to browse and find the right sizes. ❌ Safety concerns also arise with poles and window frames that could potentially cause harm to customers' eyes. While the unique collection is a draw, the negative aspects, particularly the rudeness of the female salesperson, may deter customers from revisiting or recommending the store. I for one, will not revisit the store despite its remarkable collection unless these important aspects are addressed.

Love the outfit I bought! The color just complimented my skin and the overall look was great. These guys have a great range when it comes to modern dresses. Will definitely buy from them again.

They have a good collection, which people would call posh. But nothing for curvy and petites. I didn't notice undergarments, footwear and jewellery. The staff will help you if you ask. Otherwise they won't care.

I'm really disappointed customer service of Nora reed. Its not about quality of products. Only about online orders. There is no such procedure to do handling orders. I ordered dress for wife's birthday week ago via website. after several calls they answered & now they said that dress is not available & such things. They confirmed they got order 7 days ago & at that time also no such dress with ordered size. They have responsibility to inform if their no such dress at the time we ordered. Really disappointed things that you play with human emotions.

REALLY BAD SERVICE! I bought a dress and went home and tried it out and the strap came right off. Then i went to exchange it the next day and they were saying they don’t exchange party dresses and we as customers should check the dress before buying it. I personally think as buyers we don’t have to do the quality assurance part since that’s usually done from the factory before they put the dresses for sale. The cashier was really rude and the customer service is really poor. The quality of their dresses is also really low. I would NEVER visit NORA REED. Or recommend it to anyone else.

This only applies if you are buying online without visiting the store. The fabric and print is way darker and dull than in photos (not slightly and not in a acceptable amount). Their dresses are so bright and colourful in photos but when the dress arrived it was completely the opposite. I would not recommend buying online from them. Completely misled by those product photos.
