Just done my USG and blood tests. Best diagnostic centre in behala with all modern facilities and home care support for my elder mother. Good doctors here, always recommend.

Most worthless and mismanagement. Newly joined Name Sreshtha and she is doing collecting blood from serious patient. And she is inefficient and unexperienced. But action not taken by Manager and higher management. It's very unwanted.

The staffs for blood collection from home are very very good.delivery of reports is also easy.Special Thanks to Prodipda and Faruq da for your cooperation every time.Hope to get your service in this manner always.

Rampant mismanagement and lack of work flow. For USG, they call everyone at the same time, and then ask everyone to start drinking water. This leads to a chaotic crowd where everyone is eager to be first. Moreover there is no clear queue for the same. I had to wait for an hour and 45 mins. Although, there were no delays for blood tests as well as report delivery.

It was a nice experience and the doctor was kind and very understanding regarding the matter

Had a pleasant experience with Dr. Ishani Chatterjee (Dermatology)..They offer first come first serve based service..Easy to locate in the Sakherbazaar area..Just near Gopinath Sweet Shop and opp HDFC bank..The only negative thing is that, they do not accept online payment..It is difficult for a person like me who prefers to have no contact transaction..They offer a complete package including lab tests, medicines and consultation..lab test rates are a little bit higher compared to Pulse Diagonastics.. Although they are one of the reliable options for medical services.. Requesting them to start online payments to have uninterrupted and hassle free service..I have given 4 stars for not offering online payment..will convert to 5 stars if they do so..

Receptionist are good and well behave but reports delivery guys are very rude moreover they just provide reports in an envelope without any proper carry bag Please take care of them as we paid for each tests and we expect good behaviour from everyone of them

Avoid going in if you can! Imagine going to the doctor for an emergency and then waiting for him for hours beyond the actual time of the appointment. Every time you ask about the doctor or anything related to your care you get a reply of - wait for the doctor to come in. Best part though you get to see the delight in the staff's faces once they see the big list of tests that have been needlessly prescribed. If there was an option to get a negative review I would do it. Scaring people when they are in need is the worst kind of thing to do. Edit - I love how their was prompt to defend their work. But seeing how the review section is filled with people talking about their disappointment and dissatisfaction with Nova I'm not surprised with their need for a speedy defense.
