Novare Pinnacle Shopping Mall

Very nice mall... I can't really say it was busy from the time I visited.. it was chilled and less congested like other malls within lusaka. We managed to get what we wanted, I will surely visit this mall again.

The parking lot is usually a nightmare (due to the inability of people to park properly, drive properly, and give pedestrians the right of way), but the location is convenient. There are several good options for food, in addition to a pharmacy, book store, and grocery store.

Just big enough to have everything you need. Easy and safe shopping experience. Guards need to focus more on security and parking, not what's in people's trolleys.

Newly opened shopping mall with most outlets to shop from are available. The place is Very neat and the workers are friendly. Pricey but worthy the service and environment. There is enough parking spaces and the security guards outside the mall seem alert even to assist you pack your vehicle on the correct slot.

Nice, small, comfy neighbourhood mall. It doesn't get too many people so you don't have to worry about overcrowding, it's got great eating spots like Rocomama's, enough parking, and you might run into the occasional celebrity too. Store variety may live a little to be desired but overall, it's a great shopping experience.

I highly recommend the mall it's clean both in and out side the car park is big matching the capacity of the mall,inside it has many small outlets for fast food,cafes, restroom very clean and standard .

Ubuntu event is cool, I think the best time to go is after 18hrs so you can enjoy the performances without having to worry about the kids.

This is by far one of if not the only favorite mall I have in Lusaka, the shoprite here is beautiful they really out did themselves with the design and all plus also it houses the best burgar joint in Lusaka #RocoMama The parking is spacious, offers a wife variety of stores which include but are not restricted to; ROCOMAMA THE BEDSHOP MEZZA SHOPRITE VIDA CAFE PANAROTTIS PIZZARIA THE DIARY DEN UMOYO HUNGRY LION Banking Facilities they have; FNB, Stanbic and Zanaco ATMs With a walk in Zanaco branch. It's level of convenience shopping and uncrowded nature makes it a lot easier to shop, eat and have access to quick banking facilities.

Nice shopping area, big Shoprite, lots of other shops with wider range. Good parking and security and range of restaurants and banking.

Novare Mall is a clean, well-organized, and easy place to shop. It has a good selection of stores, plenty of parking, and a calm atmosphere that makes visiting comfortable and stress-free. It’s a convenient spot for both quick errands and relaxed shopping. A special mention to Sbeity Computer — very professional service, knowledgeable staff, and a great range of quality products. They’re helpful without pushing, and they really know their stuff, which makes a big difference. Overall, Novare Mall is a solid shopping destination, and having reliable stores like Sbeity Computer makes the experience even better.

This mall has good eating places. If it's good food you want then this mall is ideal. It's the more bougie mall

I visited Pinnacle Mall today and encountered an unexpected issue with the security guards regarding my beverage. I was carrying a Savanna and assured them I would not consume it within the premises, as I only needed to make a quick purchase. Despite this, I was met with resistance. I have visited this mall multiple times under similar circumstances and have never faced any objections from security before. If this is a new policy, it would be helpful for management to communicate it clearly to avoid confusion and inconvenience for regular customers. As patrons who contribute to the mall’s daily business, we expect a reasonable and consistent approach to customer service. Moving forward, I will consider other shopping destinations that provide a more accommodating experience.

Panarotti's is nice ,a little bit tight..little space. Maybe consider expanding. Otherwise, the service and food is absolutely delightful. .plus they serve alcohol.. :)
