Imagine buying a machine and keep begging for MONTHS to them to send me the instructions manual so we know how to assemble, safety instructions, but they kept promising after payment, we paid, they promised after dispatching machine for delivery, machine was dispatched, they promised soon they will send, we received the machine, still receiving NOTHING! And wasted a day with my staff and an electrician who works per hourly rate begging them to help us with assembly and connections, and they said please give us 20 minutes! And as all the promises that involved a timeline, never keep their on time promise, always late, horribly late! Causing me financial loss and problems, even machine manufacturing time, was done almost a month from the date they promised! Sadly I would never recommend such a company to anyone because you will pay a lot with insane stress due to zero replies or very very late replies, or promises to do their part and the promise is done soooo late after you lose so much money due to their delay.
