Choosing Dr. Charbel for my procedure was one of the best decisions I made. What stood out to me most was not only his professionalism and attention to detail, but also how genuinely caring and attentive he was throughout the entire experience. He made me feel heard, comfortable, and confident from consultation all the way through recovery. I also want to specially thank Fadia for being absolutely amazing. She was always supportive, patient, and quick to help whenever I had questions or concerns. Her kindness and constant follow-up truly made me feel looked after during such an important time. The entire experience felt very personal and reassuring, and I’m extremely grateful for the care and support I received from both of them.

I went to NovoMed Surgical Hospital for cosmetic surgery performed by Dr. Khaled Mansour. I would like to thank the entire hospital staff- reception, nurses, and doctors -for all the services I received with such skill and dedication. Their sense of responsibility, empathy, and care, along with the cleanliness and precision in administering medications, were all positive aspects I experienced during my stay. I highly recommend NovoMed Hospital because of the comfort it provides that ultimately leads to a faster and easier recovery. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Dr. Khaled Mansour for his skill and mastery of his craft, his empathy, and for providing all the necessary information to ensure patients are fully informed about every detail of the surgical procedure before undergoing it, enabling them to make the best decision. تجربتي كمرافق كانت جدًا سيئة للأسف، وما حسّيت بأي تعاون أو اهتمام من طاقم المستشفى. دخلت مع صديقتي لين غرفة العمليات الساعة 4 العصر، وإحدى النيرسات قالت لي العملية ساعتين ونص بالكثير وما تحتاج توتر. بعد ما مرت الساعتين، محد كلمني ولا عطاني أي تحديث، وكل ما أسأل يعطوني وقت مختلف وغير صحيح. مرة يقولون 40 دقيقة، ومرة ساعة، ومرة “الحين بتطلع”. من الساعة 6:30 لين 9:30 وأنا كل شوي أراجع الرسبشن وقسم العمليات وأسأل عن حالتها وما في أي شفافية أو احترام لتوتر المرافق. للأسف أغلب الردود كانت مجرد تصريف بدون أي معلومة واضحة أو صادقة، وهذا الشي خلاني أعيش ساعات من القلق والتوتر لا النيرسات الفلبينيات ولا الهنديات كانو متعاونين معايه ابداً. غير هذا، النظافة والخدمة كانت جدًا سيئة. أنا بنفسي اضطرّيت أكثر من ثلاث مرات أدق على الهاوس كيبنغ عشان التنظيف وتغيير الزبالة، وحتى بعد ما يقولون “بنرجع” ما يرجعون وقمت انا اروح الحقهم عشان اعق الزباله كذلك طلبوا مني أحدد عشاء المريضة وقالوا بيجهزونه أول ما تطلع، لكن ما وصل وطلبنا من طلبات!!! كتجربة كمرافق، ما وفّروا لي أي راحة نفسية ولا اهتمام، بالعكس زادوا التوتر والإهمال. أتمنى الإدارة تراجع طريقة التعامل مع المرافقين لأن الوضع كان مرهق جدًا والمستشفى ابداً غير متعاونين وماديين جداً ماتهمهم سلامة المريض او المرافق

This hospital truly sets the gold standard in patient care. The doctors are exceptional—highly experienced, professional, and reassuring at every step. The nurses are incredibly skilled and compassionate, available 24/7 to look after you and make you feel completely cared for.

Здравствуйте! Я делала операцию 4 недели назад. Благодарю весь персонал за профессионализм, вежливость и добро! Начиная с рецепции и заканчивая работой анастезиолога-все было на высоком уровне. Особая благодарность медсестрам, они были очень милы и внимательны ко мне! Спасибо! Рекомендую всем!

I’ve done my rhinoplasty with doctor basil and I can’t be more pleased with my results and happy with the service that I got from the doctor to the nurses to the hospital itself. I wouldn’t recommend any other hospital to get a nose job other than this. The only only tiny problem is that the appointments take along time to get them and mostly fully booked but that’s for sure because of the amazing services that they have. My breathing had been improved and my nose looks so natural you can’t tell I’ve done something to it.

Thank you to nurses Preema, & Rafika ❤️ Top notch facility & aftercare services. I was also thoroughly informed and walked through by anesthesist, & the amazing Dr. Thank you so much. Only downside was that I was in a room at the Ground floor with no window, even though I had requested to change the room based on the other rooms I saw online & when I came for my meetings with the Drs pre op. I feel like a window in the room would have made all the difference. Had to go walk outside if I wanted sunlight and fresh air.

The nurses (both shifts) and the lady bringing food were so kind, understanding and helpful. Thank you immensely for your care and your empathy.

I recently had my second surgical procedure here in 5 months and would like to thank the wonderful staff for making the process as stress free as possible. My nurse Shaima was excellent, she was professional and kind. I highly recommend this hospital.

سويت عملية عند دكتور إبراهيم العوضي من شهرين ونص. حسب تجربتي الشخصية، مستوى المتابعة بعد العملية ما كان بالمستوى المتوقع أبداً. ما كان فيه تواصل واضح من العيادة او من منسقة الدكتور، والردود على استفساراتي كانت تتأخر عدة أيام، رغم إن أسئلتي كانت تتعلق بنتيجة العملية وصحتي. اضطريت أحاول أكثر من مرة عشان أحصل رد، وهذا الشي سبب لي قلق وعدم ارتياح. بعد العملية، كنت أتمنى يكون فيه اهتمام ومتابعة أقرب، خصوصاً إن المريض يكون محتاج تطمين ومتابعة مستمرة في هالفترة. للأسف تجربتي بشكل عام كانت سلبية، وما كانت مثل ما توقعت من ناحية الاهتمام والمتابعة.

في البداية كل الشكر والتقدير للدكتورة بثينه وباقي أفراد الطاقم الطبي المشتغلين معها على مجهوداتهم في إنجاح العملية . ثم التحية والاحترام لكافة العاملين بالمستشفى على تعاملهم الراقي. نتمنى لكم جميعا مزيدا من التقدم والتميز في أداء عملكم .

Did my torn meniscus procedure today, with Dr. Kris who is amazing and have been taking care of me for years. The procedure went so smooth, on time and successful. Even the team here are so helpful and supportive. Good job everyone

Flawless! This is the third time that I have been to this facility for back surgery. From the doctor, nurses and all the way down to the valet only one single word is appropriate- professional. Plus I’ve never been to a hospital that gives you beef wellington after surgery! I almost want to come back every day for this level of service and good food 😊 The staff, surgeons, doctors - security - I owe you so much. From the moment I arrived I’ve been taken care of so well. I had my surgery with Novomed and spent three nights in the hospital I loved how the staff is caring and the services were great, my stay was pleasant and easy emotionally, mentally and physically and the best part was the nurses they are amazing helpful and so kind. Big thanks to the ladies there, Anju, Faiqa, Diylina, Rifka I was so lucky to have them with me.

Had a procedure in the hospital. Everything went great. Fast registration, nurses helped with preparation, Dr Tarek was very helpful and gave recommendations for treatment after the procedure

تجربتي سيئه من بداية تغيير موعد العمليه اكثر من مره خلال نفس اليوم ودخولي متاخر جدا للعمليه، بعد ما خلصت العملية الغرفة الي كنت فيها تحت السرير كان في كلينكس وصخ ومكور ومرمي ومحد نظفه طول اليوم ، في من النيرسات كانوا متعاونات وفي الي عكس ذلك ، لما اشتكيت للنيرس ان بلاعيمي تعورني تمت تحقق معاي ليش ما تكلمتي وليش ما تقولين وليش وليش ما قدرت انام طول الليل ، نمت ٥ الفجر الساعه ٦ مدخلين عاملة التنظيف تبدل السرير يعني ماعرف ليش هذا الوقت تحديدا ونشيت ما قدرت ارد ارقد وفوق هذا ما شالت الوصاخه الي تحت السرير ، ما وفروا لي عشا ، تم توفير الإفطار ، ثاني يوم طلبت حد يساعدني في الاغراض يوصلها السيارة وجابوا الاغراض ورموها وانقلبت باقة الورد يتعاملون مع المريض كأنه هم دافعين له ومب هو دافع لهم، بعد العملية يوم نشيت يت عاملة النظافه رمت كيس زبالة عدالي في الغرفه وخرجت ، ناديت النيرس قلتلها هذا شو قالت بروح بتاكد ولما رجعت قالت هذي اغراضج وهي كانّها متقززه

I had such a wonderful experience with both the doctors and the nurses. The doctors were highly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely reassured throughout the process. The nurses were truly incredible! always kind, supportive, and ready to help with anything I needed, no matter how small. Their patience, compassion, and constant care made such a big difference in my recovery and overall comfort. I felt genuinely looked after every step of the way.
