Novotel Kochi Infopark

We had a wonderful dining experience at Novotel Kochi Infopark. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. What made our visit even more memorable was the outstanding hospitality. Bhuvan and Mruthunjay took fantastic care of us throughout. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed with a warm smile. Kudos to the entire team, but a special shoutout to Bhuvan and Mruthunjay for going the extra mile! Will definitely return.

I stayed at Novotel Kochi for 3 nights and conducted a three-day workshop during my stay. The facilities, rooms, and conference infrastructure were excellent, as one would expect from a hotel of this category. However, what truly set this property apart was its people. The staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality and a genuine service-oriented attitude. Mr. Javin, along with the team members serving during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were always prompt, courteous, attentive, and eager to help. Their professionalism and warmth made a lasting impression on our entire group. We utilized two conference halls during our workshop. One comfortably accommodated 60–70 participants, while the other was ideal for groups of 30–40. Both venues were spacious, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for corporate events. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all essential amenities. The overall upkeep of the property was excellent throughout our stay. After spending 3 days at the hotel, I can confidently say that the combination of quality infrastructure and exceptional hospitality makes Novotel Kochi a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would be happy to return in the future and would rate my experience 5/5.

Food is awesome. Nice ambience as well. I must say that the service delivered was exceptional by Mr. Khadar. He explained us patiently with all our query and made us feel comfortable. Loved the desserts. ❤️

Special thanks to Mr Esak for completion of smooth check-in process on time. Assisted with Mr Manoj who took care of the introducting the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. All the utilities were up mark. Dinner experience was excellent and we were wanting to eat north indian and continental since our business trip in south kerala. Mr Aman was sweet and fullfilled the required request for non alcoholic beverage and fresh juices. Great work team Novotel, as expected and being a regular cliental for Accor group of hotels. Thank you very much to the entire team.

I had the pleasure of dining at The Square by Novotel Kochi recently, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed yet elegant dining experience. The staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout the evening. A special mention to Sushil, the Kitchen Incharge, whose attention to detail and dedication to quality really stood out. Every dish was prepared with precision and flavor, making the meal truly memorable. The pastry selection was another highlight, thanks to Ashwathy, the Pastry Incharge, whose creative desserts were absolutely delightful. Gayathri, the GSA, was incredibly hospitable and made sure we felt well taken care of from the moment we walked in. Her warm and professional service made the entire experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. The buffet spread offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to all tastes. Whether you're a fan of local Kerala cuisine or international flavors, there's something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the [mention any dish you loved—like seafood, dessert, or a specific main course]—it was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The dessert selection, guided by Ashwathy, was also impressive, with indulgent treats that were the perfect end to a delicious meal. Overall, the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the vibrant atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend The Square for anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful meal in Kochi. Looking forward to my next visit!

The buffet breakfast at Novotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes. The spread was well-organized, with everything from local specialties to international favorites, and the staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. A great way to start the day.

We stayed here for 2 nights back in December 2025. Location is good: very close to Kochi Infopark & Smart City. I felt that the reception staff were not friendly, polite or welcoming. They also made a mistake of charging the incorrect room rent based on different GST rates: on one night the room rent was <7500, hence GST should have been calculated at 5%, but their system calculated it as 18% for both nights. When I questioned the rate, they realised it was a system error and the person on night shift refunded the incorrect amount they had charged me earlier in the day and charged me the correct amount. However when we checked out the next day, the lady at reception kept asking me to pay the balance. There was no handover from one shift to another: pathetic! I had to explain what had happened the previous night. There is no communication between staff members working on different shifts. The room was nice: bed was comfy and the room was reasonably spacious. All usual amenities were available. Their buffet breakfast is very good. Great spread and tasty items. Pintu from the restaurant was particularly helpful and friendly: thank you, Pintu for taking care us. There's a nice swimming pool at the top: good view of the surroundings from there. Not sure if I'll stay here again on my next trip to Kochi considering the behaviour of the FO staff.

The menu options were well explained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would especially like to commend subhashini for providing excellent customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and very professional throughout our visit. She checked on us regularly, ensured our orders were accurate, and made us feel truly welcomed. Ronit at the breakfast was very hospitable. Breakfast was super clean and tasty. Juices and Appam stew. Too good. Chef Sushil also was courteous and got us mangoes which were super sweet. Thanks. For a hearty breakfast experience

I had a pleasant stay at Novotel. The staff especially sneha and joel were courteous and the overall service was good. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, which made my stay enjoyable. One area that could be improved is the breakfast offering. Considering the room rate, I felt that including complimentary breakfast would have added more value to the stay. While the experience was generally positive, the overall pricing felt slightly high for what was included. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and service.

As someone who travels extensively and holds elite status with several premium hotel brands, including Trident, I was genuinely disappointed by my experience at Novotel. The property appears to be relying heavily on its brand name while overlooking the fundamentals that define a quality hotel stay. Basic maintenance was lacking—fixtures in the bathroom were coming loose, chairs appeared worn and unclean, and the overall upkeep fell well below what I would expect from a hotel in this category. Unfortunately, the experience felt closer to that of an average three-star property than the standard associated with the Novotel brand. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in maintenance, attention to detail, and overall guest experience.

Please ask for Isak if you want a smooth booking experience! Once of the most polite and helpful experiences! Also the property is apparently more than 10 years old! Looks less than 2 years old! Well maintained! There is a nice pool and gym and spa! Would love to come again!

It was a nice experience to stay at Novotel Kochi. At front desk Pragati and Saloni helped a lot to process the check in and check out much faster. At restaurant all the employees are very humble and polite. Loved their hospitality..

The room was equally delightful—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities in place. The attention to detail and comfort made the stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The restaurant experience was made even better by the friendly smiles and attentive service of Sumitha and Aman. Their hospitality added a personal touch and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, a memorable stay with great ambience, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service.

Went for Birthday dinner. The food was awesome, presentation, quality and quantity. The staff were very courteous, especially Sushmita, Avantika, Amit and Ronit. They made the visit even more splendid

I stayed here for two days and found the rooms to be quite decent and comfortable. The staff are energetic and always ready to help, which made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. While the overall experience was positive, I found the buffet spread to be rather limited, both for the complimentary meals and the night buffet. I would not recommend trying their Idly or Dosa, as they were quite sour and not enjoyable. On the positive side, the service provided by Sushmitha and Gayathry was outstanding—they were attentive and made our stay special. Amit was also very helpful during lunch, assisting us in selecting dishes by consulting with the chef. Overall, a good experience with excellent staff service, but the food options, especially in the buffet, could be improved.
