We had a wonderful experience at Noya celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the team made the occasion feel truly special. A special thank you to Joshua for his outstanding attention to detail and personalized service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out. The celebration was beautifully handled, and we genuinely appreciated the effort put into making the evening memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back.

Visit noya for out of the world ambiance. Im confused as to what shud i talk first. 10/10 for everything. Yes its expensive but for special occasions to become most memorable. Visit this place . Waiters were so friendly. Thank you Ivy.

المطعم في برج جاسم .. بالدور 28 الموقع المطل روعة روعة … المطعم ممتاز لحديثي الزواج مثلا للمناسبات الخاصة مناسب جدا جدا … الطعام اعطيه ٦-٧ من عشرة حلو زين مناسب للمناسبات راي شخصي " تعاد التجربة " السيرفس ودود بالنسبة للاطفال ممنوع ويجب فوق ١٦ سنة اللبس يجب ان يكون لائق عند الحجز يبعثون شروط من اللبس والالتزام بالوقت بالنسبة لحجز ولمناسبة تزيين الطاولة فيه بكجات تزيين الطاولة واختيار نوع الورد مثلا بكج تزيين الطاولة والصورة الفورية و الكيكة فردية مثل الصورة هذا 28 دينار وفيه مع الشامبين وفيه اقل بس كيكة وتزيين بدون صورة يعني الاختيار عليكم ! الجميل ان المكان تغيير وحلو واسعاره مناسبه جدا لا تعتبر غالية الحمدلله انصح فيه تعاد التجربة

It's an amazing place, breathtaking as soon as you walk into the restaurant. Service is good. Kind and attentive staff. The food is good as well. Will definitely be back.

I had a birthday dinner surprise at Noya. It has been one of my beest restaraunts that I had envisioned to visit and I I loved everything. The ambience was breathtaking😍😍 right from the entrance . The service was top notch. Our server kept checking on us The staff were exceptional and very polite. I will definitely repeat this restaurant over and over again.

Great food and excellent atmosphere. The restaurant is in the 28th floor which gives you a magnificent view of downtown Kuwait on one side and on the other side Kuwait city. Dress code required. Children above 12 allowed.

A lovely dining experience at Noya. The food was flavorful with a nice selection to choose from, the ambience was cozy and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The night views of the city really elevate the experience. Overall, it’s a place worth visiting again in Kuwait City.

Unfortunately, my experience at the restaurant was below expectations. I did not feel comfortable in the place due to the constant photographing by other guests, as there were continuous flashes, which created an environment with no privacy. Additionally, the food was not as I expected; it was overly seasoned, making the taste very heavy. Furthermore, the location of the restroom was also very poor, as the temperature there was extremely high

Had a wonderful experience at Noya. The food was delicious, the ambience was really beautiful, and the overall vibe was great. A special mention to Sharmila, she was extremely kind and her service was absolutely top-notch. She made our visit even more pleasant. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent food, atmosphere, service! It’s a must visit place especially for couples! Uprant and Shrijana were super hospitable and sweet! Recommended us their best selling dishes too! The place had great music and entertainment! It was such a great vibe! Loved the place!

I was truly impressed by the exceptional atmosphere—so romantic with a breathtaking view of Kuwait City. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, I was surprised by how expensive it was, especially since many people said it wasn’t. One thing that disappointed was that they served the main course along with the starter, and when I asked them to bring it later, it unfortunately came back cold. Still, it was a memorable experience overall, with a few things to improve. Truffle Bombs: 10/10 Noya Shrimp: 9/10 Mongolian Beef: 10/10 Veal Schnitzel: 10/10 Mojitos: 9/10 Brownie Sizzling: 6/10

Nota Restaurant is a great spot. The view is beautiful and really sets the mood, whether you’re there during the day or at night. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend.

Such a hidden gem in Kuwait City. And that city view is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is YUM! Just a small note I wish there were more dessert options, since this place seems to be popping with birthday’s. Servers are so sweet.

Nice location. Plenty of parking lots. Experienced staff. Very tasty food. Beautiful view from the 28th floor Above average prices, but it’s worth it for the service and quality of food. Highly recommended. Cons: Washroom is too hot and small. Alternatives; use 1st floor washroom.
