Very bad experience. Our departure was delayed by 3 full hours from the scheduled time, causing a huge inconvenience and wasting our plans for the day. Communication was poor, and the wait was frustrating. Definitely too much hassle, and I would not recommend this service at all.

Had a great experience travelling with NueGo. It was my first time on an electric bus, and I must say, the ride was incredibly smooth, just like a VOLVO. Looking forward to more trips with them!

Unclean bus with bad odour. Ac not working properly. Cleaner is not responsive and worst behaviour. Incorrect Dropping point not Mentioned as per their website

Disappointing Experience with NeuGo Buses I had a very unpleasant experience with NeuGo bus services. The buses do not arrive on time, and to make matters worse, they made all passengers wait for nearly 1.5 hours in the middle of nowhere just to charge the bus. This was during peak heat—around 35°C—with no air conditioning running inside the bus. Sitting in such uncomfortable conditions for that long was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. I hope the company takes steps to improve scheduling, charging infrastructure, and passenger comfort.

Worst experience... Bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket unhygienic... Full of hairs and dirty... They have not changed also... When asked them... They said to deboard if not comfortable... Very worst service... Don't travel

Most of the time, delayed departure and arrival. More breakdowns, poor co ordination with the cabin crews. Irresponsible staffs. Waste of time, money and dissatisfaction of the journey also no refund.

I was travelling from Chennai to Pondicherry… the bus was on time.. I had to use restroom I informed when I boarded and the in charge made sure I used one he stopped everywhere he could spot one.. The best service.. I have travelled in lot of pvt buses especially long distance inspite of telling multiple times they wouldn’t even bother to stop but these people were so humane in understanding.. Thank you so much… I highly recommend neugo for thier extraordinary service..
