An unforgettable stay! The resort is absolutely stunning — the sea color is unbelievably beautiful, and staying in the water villa made the experience even more magical. The luxury level is outstanding, and every detail feels carefully designed. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable, and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Omar Salah and our butler Mohammed Al-Shareef and Ohood, Hatem, Ibrahim and Abdulrahman from the restaurant for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Red Sea was exceptional in every sense. The level of service was truly outstanding and went far beyond expectations. I experienced a minor issue during my stay, and the restaurant team immediately offered to arrange a doctor and provided prompt treatment with great professionalism. When I requested to have my clothes dried, it was handled quickly and efficiently. One of the most remarkable moments was when my ring fell into the sea—without hesitation, they arranged for divers to search for it, which reflects their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The overall service from the waitstaff was impeccable and consistently attentive. Beyond the service, the property itself is absolutely stunning—the design, interiors, and overall facilities are beautifully done, and the color of the sea is simply unreal. I would also like to extend special thanks to Hatim and Ahood for their warm welcome and excellent morning service, as well as to Suleiman and Tilo, the golf cart drivers, for their continuous support and assistance. A truly outstanding and memorable experience.

Nujuma truly exceeded my expectations in every detail. The resort feels incredibly luxurious and peaceful, and the beach was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen crystal clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and the most relaxing atmosphere. I also tried all the restaurants during my stay and the food quality was consistently excellent. Truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve had, and definitely a place worth coming back to. I’d also like to thank our butler, Mali, for his exceptional hospitality, kindness, and attention to every detail 🙏🏻

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable, it truly felt like paradise by the sea. The crystal clear water, sandy shores, and the peaceful atmosphere were just breathtaking that made it the perfect escape. The rooms and service were outstanding, especially thanks to our nujoom Riyaj, and Soliman. Amazing experince and friendly staff. The team is very cooperative and accommodating. Each guest has a Najm, mine was Malitha. Mali was very attentive and respectful during my stay. He truly made my experince memorable. The room dining food is superb. I tried the tomato and basil soup together with mushrooms risotto, truly one of the best I had and the dining team are very friendly. The SPA was very nice. My masseuse was Priyana from Bali, she is very good - no comments or observations. Tabrah resturant is a fine dining place, sea food and grill. The food was good, nothing to comment on but not something to crave. The staff there are friendly too. I would advise to experince dinner in St Regis and return to Nujoma. Only comment boat experince was horrible and poorly managed, but that is arranged through Red Sea not the hotel. The boat ride alone was for 50 mins. First boat was not suitable for the windy weather and return boat I had to wait about 45 min for a filming crew who were on a business trip! They should not have mixed guests with any business travelers and booking should have been separate. I lost an hour of my time and I was late for my other reservation and I lost my booking for dinner on Shura island. I advise to let the resort inquire and confirm exact route and type of the boat, and if there will be waiting time before departure.

Our stay at Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve – The Red Sea was truly memorable. Although our arrival began with a transportation miscommunication that caused a delay, the way it was handled reflected genuine hospitality. Mr. Ammar Ateeq welcomed us warmly upon arrival, thoughtfully upgraded us to an overwater villa, and personally ensured every requested detail was arranged. This immediately transformed our experience and left us genuinely pleased. The overwater villa itself was exceptional, cozy yet undeniably luxurious. The design, materials, and cleanliness were impeccable, and the eco-conscious details were beautifully integrated, giving a sense of comfort and refinement at the same time rather than compromise. Dining was another highlight. It is rare to experience a destination where every meal is consistently excellent, yet each restaurant delivered flavorful, well-executed dishes throughout our stay. Loved my stay here. They respect time as expected. Arrangement were perfect from A to Z, from arrival to departure. Staff are professionals and well trained. Had lots of questions answered on a moments notice. Food is top notch. Bigs thanks to Naif and Layan. We'll be visiting again.

A beautiful and tranquil reserve - incredibly attentive staff, who made our stay (a birthday celebration for my wife) very special - from our speedboat arrival until our departure. We took an overwater villa, which came with a personal butler - ours, Sujon, was fantastic; always on hand to help - whether to shuttle us around, coordinate a booking or fix any issues. Plenty of other staff to thank - Yash, Camille, Habib, Cappuchino, Barry and Suraj who all in their own ways made the stay special and memorable.

The experience was unexpectedly wonderful. The trip was somewhat unplanned, and we didn't know much about the Red Sea area or its resorts. Our experience began the moment we touched down at the airport, where welcoming staff greeted us and guided us through the lovely arrivals terminal at the Red Sea International Airport to a comfortable waiting area. There, they explained how we'd be transported to the resort. We were taken to the Red Sea Beach Club in a brand-new car. The ride was pleasant, and the care and attention to detail were evident everywhere, from the tasteful, minimal desert landscaping along the entire route to the beach club, to the road signs painted mindfully, as if the metal had naturally eroded like bare iron or copper by the sea. The beach club was a pleasant place to wait, though the wait felt a little too long. I think they need more frequent shuttles between the beach club and resort. The reception at Nujuma set our expectations high for the rest of our stay. We were warmly greeted by the hotel management and staff, who offered us refreshments on the beautiful reception dock. One of their amazing staff members gave us a lovely tour of the island, I'm ashamed to say I forgot his name, but he was a great guy who did an excellent job telling us the story behind the various design and creative decisions that went into establishing the resort. You could feel his enthusiasm to serve and his pride in his work and the resort itself. Every member of the service team made you feel this way. The service was consistently excellent from start to finish, I don't have a single criticism to offer. The highlight of the trip was our room. It was beautiful, with stunning views, tasteful landscaping, and deeply thoughtful, deliberate design. It gave us a sense of privacy and seclusion, which I really enjoyed sharing with my wife. But I'm glad we didn't spend all our time in the beach villa, because exploring the island and taking in its lovely views, walking among the wildlife and mangroves, enjoying the spa amenities and excellent massage treatment, and best of all, the stargazing session with Habib, which was very educational and eye-opening, were all worthwhile and meaningful. Stephen, our personal assistant, was excellent, always one step ahead. We never felt like we were missing anything. Only two criticisms come to mind. As someone who's really into fitness, I feel the gym was poorly equipped for weight and strength training. The other is more understandable given the occupancy rate, but the food at Sita was underwhelming, especially the creative attempts like the wagyu okra stew. The seafood was a shock, you'd expect it to be fresh given the proximity to such a rich sea, but unfortunately it didn't taste or feel fresh at all. The food wasn't bad, but for the price you pay, it should be perfect. That said, the service was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. We did have an excellent dinner at Talina at the St. Regis, where everything from the food to the service was outstanding. Our cat-loving waitress and lovely hostess whose name started with a D, I'm really bad with names, were awesome. All in all it was an unforgettable experience and the one underwhelming dinner at Sita is the only reason I give a 4 instead of a 4.

Every meal was a bit of an adventure too: Tabrah’s fresh seafood feasts, Sita’s Levant‑style mezze, Maiá’s astrology-inspired mocktails under the stars, and Jamaa’s relaxed beachfront vibe . What really stood out was the sense of seclusion and immersion. Nighttime stargazing with the telescope on my deck, snorkelling pristine coral reefs, learning about mangrove conservation—you could tell sustainability isn’t just a buzzword here . Bottom line: if you’re after pure relaxation, stunning nature, and top-tier luxury without feeling like you’re on a crowded resort, Nujuma is something else. It’s honestly one of those stays that shifts your perspective—serene, soulful, unforgettable.
