Had an incredible dinner experience at NUMA Restaurant, Five Palm Jumeirah, and it truly exceeded expectations. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The meat platter was perfectly cooked, rich, and satisfying, while the mezze selection was fresh, balanced, and full of authentic flavors. The service deserves special mention — Mr. Ganesh provided exceptional hospitality, making the evening smooth and memorable. Compliments to Chef Abhilash for the beautiful execution of the food; you can clearly feel the thought and passion behind each dish. That said, the real showstopper of the night was the pumpkin and puff grain salad. This was not your typical salad — it was a flavor bombshell, packed with crunch, texture, and depth. Completely unique, creative, and unlike anything I’ve seen or tasted before. A genuinely standout dish that alone makes NUMA a must-visit. Highly recommended, and a special visit is absolutely worth it just for that unforgettable salad. 🌟🥗🍽️

Mr. Wagas was incredibly kind, he took care of the comfort of the guests all the time. The food was also delicious, the meat was served perfectly cooked as ordered (medium). Arabic music was playing in the background, perfectly fitting into the atmosphere of the restaurant, but most importantly, quiet enough not to interfere with conversations. We had the pleasure of dining at Numa recently, and I must say, the service was outstanding! My waiter Dave was incredibly kind and efficient.

Five Hotel de havuz başında yer alan mekan çok başarılı. Robert ve Karim süper servis yaptı. Pizza başatlı ve güzeldi. Salata da çok iyiydi. Aynı şekilde patates kızartması çok lezzetli çok az yağ çekmiş çıtır çıtır dı. Tatlı da aynı şekilde çok lezzetli ve başarılıydı. Tam puan.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and carefully prepared. The café itself was wonderful as well — a great atmosphere and excellent coffee that perfectly rounded off the meal. What really stood out was the service. Our waiter, Hassan, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable the entire time. The coffee was prepared by Jan, who did an excellent job — it was truly outstanding.

I visited this restaurant at the Five Palm Jumeirah resort for the dinner buffet before it was renovated. The interior felt upscale and the staff were friendly. It was quite crowded at the time, so the atmosphere was a bit noisy and hectic. The food wasn't exactly mind blowing, but it was decent overall. Since the weather was nice, I sat outside, and the night view of the hotel added a lovely touch to the ambiance. All in all, it was a pretty satisfying dinner experience.

Outstanding breakfast service! The waiter Asif remembered my coffee and eggs and had them waiting for me before I even asked. That kind of attention and consistency really makes mornings better. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — a true asset to the restaurant.

Our experience at this restaurant was a very pleasant one from start to finish. 6:40pm arrived Arrived at the FIVE Hotel far from home, since I was hungry and fasting we went directly to search for the NUMA restaurant where we had a reservation. But again I am not making any reservation (was forgot) but the hostess was kind enough to make a quick booking for my brother and me. SAN - was helping us to make the booking while we peeked around the restaurant, the restaurant is beautiful, especially its outdoor area. The breeze and night view complete with Ramadan lights are just beautiful I started to like this place. Another lady named SAMI - assigned a table for the both of us. At first, she gave us a seat which contact with the other guests and I didn't feel good about it so she gave us another option which was at the corner and accessible. Started from the beginning entering the hotel, Ohh no no, started with exiting the taxi until the restaurant itself I was impressed by how excellent their services were. The bellboy, and the employees in the restaurant especially the hostess are giving outstanding service and I feel so much welcome. 20 minutes after we sat and enjoyed our first dish (salad) the employee named (lady - EKA) came to our table to check the quality of the food and our experiences so far here which is great. I was not expecting her will come again to our table to check if we needed anything else to help with and yes she came back to our table exactly 20 minutes after her first visit. It was impressive, the amount of professionalism and understanding of the job description and how to make the guest feel welcome just way far for the next level as a five-star. The night was even more wonderful, the services, the employees, the smile, and their politeness just created this magical experience. Even how hard I tried to look for an error in every aspect belive me or not there is none. Yeah for this I telling you the truth. This is truly impeccable and the professionalism they have shown is just the next level. And here are my reviews about their buffet options; Mango and prawn salad - so fresh and the prawn also cooked just right, the tikka flavor is delicious Spicy yakiniku beef salad - nice and super soft beef, perfect bite-size for a salad Singaporean Prawn Curry - wow! The taste is bloody delicious!! Must taste! Must take away! Haha Chinese Lo Mein - this tastes exactly like home! Praised the chef who made it Grilled chicken - despite the great taste of the grilled chicken, their tamarind sauce is just so sour be careful if you decide to take it do not pour it on your chicken or else you will just end up the same as me, stop eating it and squeezing my face off lmao (For Full reviews of the foods posted at TRIPSADVISOR) Continue… We decided to chill and have quality time here, enjoying the breeze and the wonderful restaurant, I observed all their employees and how they served the guests with a huge smile and polite gestures. After sometimes we finally completed our reviews and again I said “I CAN’T find any FLOP” Everything was just PERFECT!! Eka was passing by our table for a final check if ever we wanted to order something to drink such as coffee or tea, we decided to order some teas. We had a chat for some time because I was interested in getting to know her even more, I told her how good she was handling the guest with those big smiles and a tentative manner. Shockingly she told me it was her 8 months to work in this restaurant which made me feel shocked to hear. For all the information she has and all that knowledge about the hotel, food until the timing is just unbelievable. NUMA was lucky enough to have her join their team. I thought at the very beginning if she was a supervisor of the restaurant. And yet she told me she was just a colleague and pointed to another guy who was her supervisor. Not just that I wanted to send a special HANDS DOWN to a PASTRY TEAM and PASTRY CHEF for their DELICIOUS - amazing - crazy - awesome DESSERTS!!!! I LOVE IT!!!

We had a wonderful time at FIVE Palm Jumeirah! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and what truly made the experience memorable was Chef Hansaka. He went out of his way to create a special dish just for us, and as a chef myself, I was genuinely impressed. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were perfectly balanced – a true culinary highlight. Thank you, Chef Hansaka, for the personal touch and unforgettable meal!

A beautiful venue. The food is good albeit very pricy. Some are truly excellent, other « fusions » a bit less appealing. The service attentive when less crowded. However I would like to suggest to provide training to the staff so they can explain and suggest the dishes and drinks on the menu. We repeatedly received dishes that were different from what the waiter attempted to describe or simply the answer… we don’t know. All by all a nice experience to try when staying at the hotel

Me and my family came to NUMA for the first time, as we were on vacation in Dubai, it was pretty well rated on google. It did not dissapoint!! Chef Karim's food was amazing, flavorful, and full of creativity. The lamb croquettes were juicy and crunchy, I have never tried wings like that ever (pomegranate glaze), and the seabream dish with harissa butter and the sauce was one of the best fish I've tasted. Bravo. Manager Ganesh wad very helpful too. Recommend 100/10

45 minutes to receive an order, that is too long! I requested to take the rest of the food takeaway, and I left, then my wife left and didn't take the food, so we came back, and informed them that we didn't collect the food, but the guy at reservations desk kept making calls then told me that he was sure that they gave my wife the food, even though she repeatedly denied, then kept challenging my wife that he gave her the food or he will go back to the cameras, my wife was intimidated and got afraid that she might have forgotten that she got the order because of his approach! I placed another order to avoid a stressful situation, he immediately charged me full value! Informed that the food will be ready in 10 mins to receive the order half an hour!!
