The rooms are very small for two people, with no proper space to keep suitcases. The bathrooms are also quite small. Breakfast is good, and the location is convenient.

We had a very disappointing experience. The food was not served hot, soft drinks were not provided, and the salad counter was left empty until we specifically asked for it. When naan was not available and we requested it, the staff rudely told us to eat other items instead. The behaviour of the staff was extremely unprofessional — when we raised our concerns, they responded aggressively, with hostile looks and an unhelpful attitude. Overall, the service and hospitality were unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this place or organising any family or corporate events here.

Food is good. Place is very good. Most importantly the view from the lounge is very beautiful

Yesterday, I visited their premises and had a very disappointing experience. The staff displayed extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Their arguments were harsh and unnecessary, and shockingly, they even denied providing food to the visitors. When questioned about this, they responded with aggression and hostility, which was completely unacceptable. Such behavior is unimaginable in a place that claims to host guests. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others not to visit this venue for any program, nor to consider organizing family or corporate functions here

My recent stay at NX Hotel was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and impeccable service. The room was a haven of comfort, beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views. The staffs, managers were truly the heart of the experience. Every interaction, from the front desk namely Atish Singh met with genuine smiles and a willingness to go above and beyond. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals. The hotel's amenities, including everything were top-notch and added to the overall feeling of luxury. NX Hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing a truly memorable and relaxing stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. I can't wait to return!

Worst guest service ever..I don’t know how this hotel crossed 4 star..Pathetic guest handling..they don’t care about welcoming..Even the security guards are so careless..They didn’t care to open the main door for guests..And the fun fact..pictures provided but actuals room are different would suggest people for a better hotel..Not recommended at all for stay.

Located just beside EM bypass. Location is so good. But no place available for parking. Having a good Banquet Hall.. Service was good. The manager & the other staff were too helpful 👌 Best of luck.. Recommended

Hotel staff is courteous. But Biggest problem with this Hotel is its zero noise insulation. Sound of adjacent room can be heard clearly. Hotel spent money on interior & completely neglected sound proofing. Specially Avoid 3rd floor as Bar on 4th floor will not allow you to sleep peacefully till 1 am.

I stayed there in my recent kolkata visit for a shoot. Really loved the vibes. Polite and helpful staff. Good service. Cool and comfortable rooms. The rooms were a little small but value for money. Breakfast was amazing. They also packed me some breakfast for my colleague who left early for work. Really nice gesture. Overall a very good experience. Go for it... Two thumbs up 👍👍

Reached at. 1.30am, after flight delay - rooms are a bit small but really pleasant and clean rooms, the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and the in house kitchen was just great. At 3am they made us butter chicken and steam rice which is delicious also the cutlery were clean. The most important thing I liked was the check in was smooth.will surely visit again and will do a detailed review soon. So far my visit was nice though for a very short time Cannot provided a 5rating One cons - the room key doesn’t work And need to call an attendant Which is the only draw back I faced Hope that will be taken care off. Loved your hospitality.

Breakfast buffet was good but lunch has like 3 dishes and considering the price it was very less. Expected better. Staff was courteous but room was too small.. good for one but small for 2 people. As per the price lunch/dinner option (included with room) should be expanded.
