I had a very disappointing experience at the Nykaa store in Mysore. The staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional. They did not guide me or help me with any of the products. Instead of assisting, they simply asked me to check everything by myself. Customer service is very important in a beauty store, and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Nykaa store in a mall. I expected better service and basic courtesy. I would not recommend visiting this store unless the management seriously improves staff behavior and customer service standards.

It was my first time buying makeup,the salesperson's name was Pallavi and she was so sweet and showed me exactly the brand that I wanted,helped me shade match foundation and concealer to my exact skintone without white washing me unlike my previous experiences at another makeup store;and also understood that I had a budget when I mentioned that I cannot go beyond this range and helped me find products that felt exactly my type instead of forcing me to buy other ,much costlier stuff. 100/10 would shop again here.
