....been using 5 fans since 2.5 years working perfectly and at low power consumption, too. Very satisfy with product and also service after sell. One of my fan 'SMART FANCIO LIGHT' having problem of wifi connecting with network means not discoverd by network, company OCECO soon hear me, team also try to solve problem, and then after company provide me a new fan with replacment without any argue. Very satisfy with my choice of OCECO.

The best thing I liked is the dimmable downlight. Surprisingly the light works even when the fan is not spinning. Which means you can use this as a regular light and it is sufficiently bright. The night lamp feature is amazing too

I had very horrible experience about this company i purchased their most expensive fan helico 1400 i purchase from shop and first i got used product so i file complain about this in their company so after few days they sent me new fan with all accessories but the blad was still old so i file complain again so they give me new blad after few days after 1 month fan motor start making some kind of humming sound so i again complain technician come he changed blad and goes sound was still coming from fan i'll do this repeated cycle 4-5 time after few days fan automatic turn off and start making weird noise so i again complain and they only give me one answer now sir your blad are band minor so that's not our problem we can't do anything until you change blad and when i connect their costomer what's app service their costomer care girl seen the massage their is no reply

I bought the oceco helico 1200mm BLDC Ceiling Fan, and it delivers excellent airflow and quiet operation. However, the remote control is inconsistent.

THE OCECO FAN IS VERY NICE AND GOOD AIR FLOW AND DUE TO 28 WATT POWER, IT'S MUCH MORE SAVED ELECTRICITY BILL, BUT I ORDER A SPARE REMOTE, WHICH I RECEIVED USED AND THEY DENIED TO REPLACE IT THAT'S VERY BAD, I WANT TO GIVE RATING 5 BUT DUE TO RECEIVED USED FAN REMOTE YOU CAN SEE IN PHOTO THE REMOTE WAS IN THE PLASTIC COVER FOR A LONG TIME DUE TO LONG TIME THE REMOTE BUTTON ARE HIGHLIGHT ON THE PLASTIC COVER FRIEND THIS HIGHLIGHT MARKS YOU CAN SEE ON YOUR REMOTE ALSO, SO I GIVE STAR 4 OTHERWISE THERE ARE NO PROBLEM WITH FAN THANKS

Pathetic Customer/ Sales after service once the product is sold. The lady has no idea/sense/brain who's handling the all over sales section. Even if the product is satisfactory i would definately go for other companies who has a better to offer in terms of after sales services. (Also the reviews here don't seem genuine)

I'm not yet buy this fan ...just becouse I wanted to know if this fan will not work properly...then is there any service centre in Durgapur West Bengal...Plz let me know ! And how many days you'll take to repair the fan..

Fan stops automatically while working. Had complained so many times but mot resolved. Company should look after this issue. There is company fault n the fan and they are not listening the complain.

Problem started only in a month fan restarting automatically every minute. By every one minute its auto off and after a few second its auto start. I cant understand what is this in brand new fan? Yes i have installed regulator.
