APP is truly amazing and easy to use...!!! BUT if come to reality not recommend to invest in this app. We can buy cheaper than market rate in this app so people will think its nice, even me too. The real game starts, when we try to sell the silver or gold the rate is lower than the app rate. That means suppose the market rate is for 1 kg silver is 10000 AED. in the app will allow us to buy 9500. when we try to sell they will give us 8500. TRULY AMAZING...!!!

Delivery of bars were very good. People who don't have a bank account plz don't open profile in your name, even though you hav Emirates ID. While purchasing gold or top up your wallet you can use your friends or relatives bank account or debit credit cards but when to withdraw the amount, ogold mentions that bank account details should be in our name. I tried to withdraw amount in my friends account back., i received only the amount i invested but not the profit amount. So be careful guys... Alternatively i ordered ed physical bar from them as i couldn't able to withdraw money. The process was smooth and i received it within 10 working days. Delivery person behaviour was good 👍

I am extremely disappointed with O Gold. The app has not been working for the past 3 days, and access has been completely denied. This is totally unacceptable, especially for a platform that deals with people’s money and investments. When we invest in gold, timing is everything. What is the point if the gold rate is high and we cannot log in to sell? If we miss the opportunity to sell at the best price because the app is not accessible, who will be responsible for that loss? There has been no proper communication or clear explanation about this issue. An investment platform must be reliable, transparent, and available at all times. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this platform to others until these serious problems are fixed.

I invested money in Ogold and now I am very disappointed with this platform. During the recent war situation, their application suddenly stopped working. Because of this, no one is able to withdraw their invested money. At the time when the gold price was higher, many of us planned to withdraw our funds, but the app was blocked. Now the gold rate is going down and everyone’s investment value is decreasing. It has already been almost one week, and they still have not solved their so-called technical issues. In this time of advanced technology, it is hard to believe that a company cannot fix their system for so long. Based on my experience, I cannot trust Ogold. I would not recommend others to invest in this platform.

App is simple and easy to use. i have been using this App since June 2025 and bought Silver 100gms and Gold Money i have withdrawn from wallet. They have informed that it will take around 10 working days to receive this. Will put review after reciving this. I love their Spin the Wheel where we can buy silver or Gold usually Silver i have been buying like around .2 gms everyday which is very good. Thank u so much O Gold. I have received the bar and money after two weeks as promised by the staffs. Good thing is whenever i call them or whatsapp them for updates they were so helpful all the time.

I do not recommend this application for investment. Whenever prices ga up, the server suddenly goes down. Strangely, this seems to happen only during price hikes. It prevents users from taking advantage of profitable oppor tunities. Whether this is a technical issue or something else, the platform becomes unreliable exactly when it matters most.

As a test I bought silver for 5k on a Sunday when the market was closed, but value credited in my wallet was 4600, then I withdraw amount after few days, they won’t let us withdraw all the money in the wallet and there is some charges for withdrawal.. Deleted app immediately then,,, 😆

Let's talk about the App first, it's slow & get stuck most of the time. I had to contact customer service few times to resolve some basic requirements. Now coming to the withdrawal process, in one word I would say pathetic & unprofessional. I withdrew a small gold investment & requested to ship the gold. I received a call from this lady about a long delay & she had no idea she was talking, so I asked to speak with a Manager. She told me the Manager was in a meeting & will call back in a hour. It's been 5 days & I haven't received any call or notification about my gold. So if you are planning to invest your hard earned money please think twice. Investing using the App is easy but taking back your investment or profits will give you high blood pressure.

When we I register in Ogold they said if you need physical gold will get it in three days. Now they changed to 7 to 10 working days then also they are not delivering the gold. So I now o have some doubts on these people if it’s safe to do the investment in Ogold.When we call them they will say will call back and will get no calls or any other information. I called them many times and so far even after 10 working days they didn’t deliver my physical good. Very poor service. I think I need to inform the police now.

Very Disappointed with Withdrawal Process I requested a withdrawal on 8th October, but I didn’t receive my money until 13th October — that’s a 5-day delay! On top of that, instead of one proper payment, I received many small random transactions (less than AED 10 each). It’s confusing and unprofessional. This makes it hard to track and verify the total amount received. The process should be faster, more transparent, and consolidated into one clear transaction. Definitely not a smooth or reliable experience for handling my money.

I had been using this App for few months now, recently Silver has gone so high so I decided to take my profit, but when i try to buy again am suprised by the large amount of service fee that they are taking. Today out of 2000dhs they have taken 135dhs. So i decided to withdraw my money and will just invest thru ETORO platform. They should look into this high service fee or charges it is unbelievable.

O gold is not working. For the past few days, I've been trying to log into the Ogold app, but it isn't working. I have an urgent need to sell my gold, but I can't do it. I've lost my trust in Ogold. I still can't get my money back from them. This is an emergency, and I need the money. Unfortunately, I can't access it. There's no customer support.

Bad Experience with O Gold App I placed a withdrawal request on January 26, but till today the amount has not been credited to my account. I have sent emails twice, but there has been no response from their side. This has been a very bad experience, and their customer support is extremely poor. I would not recommend anyone to invest or put money in the O Gold app.

Very difficult to get the money back. I requested a withdrawal but taken long time and they made split payments and charged 10 aed for each payment & my profits still with them 😇, there is some hidden rules for profit withdrawal. So be careful and make a detailed study before investing

Dear O Gold Team, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. Despite receiving an order confirmation, it’s been 17 days and I still haven’t received my order. I’m concerned about the delay. I’m hesitant to place another order from my side or any other individual I know. Because what you are doing is using goodwill of promoters like Hitfm and exploiting their customers into buying the gold. Very cheap way of doing business and making money like this, even after several followups and customer complaints as reviews you guys are not responding means there is no respect to customer like US.
