I have been buying products here since six to seven years and I always thought maybe this store was different but honestly there is no customer loyalty here at all the owner and the people working here do not know how to treat their customers and I don’t know what they think of themselves I had purchased a shoe from here just a few weeks ago and when I went home it did not fit me properly I only wore it once and when I went back to request for an exchange or a return they flat out refused with their cheap policy saying once you buy it you are stuck with it what kind of rubbish system is this I do not understand the arrogance the rudeness and the complete lack of manners from the owner he behaves like he is flying in the sky but honestly he needs to fall on the ground and realize he has not accomplished anything great in his life The quality of the products is also pathetic the shoes and clothes are very bad first copies which tear apart quickly and they charge ridiculously high prices for them they even try to act like the products are imported from Singapore or somewhere when in reality they are clearly picked up from cheap Chinese shops and resold here at inflated rates nothing about this place is genuine and nothing about this place is worth spending your money on the entire store is built on fake claims poor quality and arrogance The owner is unbelievably rude when you try to talk to him he has zero respect for the people who keep his business running I honestly cannot believe I supported this store for years and spent my hard earned money here they treat you like trash once you have paid and they never want to help you if there is an issue they think they are doing you a favor by even selling these cheap products this is the worst experience I have ever had with any shop I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from this place it is a complete waste of money the products are terrible the customer service is worse and the owner is the most arrogant person I have ever come across I regret ever buying from here

15/03 - I bought 4 shoes out of which 1 was not of very inferior quality. I tried speaking to the concerned person but it was of no respite. I wasn't also informed as to how to wash the shoes properly. There was NO exchange OR refund. I am not planning to go there again as they don't stand for the products that they have sold. Giving 2 stars as rest 3 shoes are still ok. Not sure what happens in future. 24/03 - Now 1 more shoe is showing its deteriorated quality. There are threads coming out of the seude leather. Pathetic shoes. Never buying again. Please don't waste your money by visiting this shop at all.
