I’ve had a bit of a mixed experience with this organisation. Here is a breakdown of my thoughts: The Merits To be honest, I was genuinely shocked by how prompt and professional they are. In all my years in India, I have never encountered an organisation that responds this quickly and efficiently at every single step of the process. Their staff and nationwide network are almost too good to be true, for a few days, I actually had to remind myself I was in India and not a developed country abroad! The entire process was incredibly simple, instant and completely hassle-free. The Demerits However, there was a bitter side to the experience that also came as a surprise. The price they offered simply didn't meet my expectations. Considering the age and excellent condition of the zari, the offer felt far too low. I originally purchased these sarees at a premium, yet I was offered only about a third of what I paid, despite them containing real gold and silver.Additionally, their criteria are very rigid. They only seem interested in silk sarees that contain gold or silver zari; if your sarees are pure silk but lack those precious metals, they don't even consider them "silk" for their purposes and will decline to buy them. Final Verdict I would have easily given them five stars if the pricing had been fairer and if they were open to purchasing high-quality silk sarees without gold and silver content.

But when it comes to pricing, they do not offer the true value of good sarees. Even for high-quality silk sarees with decent zari weight, the price they quote is extremely low compared to other buyers. The place seems to be more hyped than genuinely helpful. They focus more on showmanship rather than giving a fair deal to customers. If you're planning to sell old silk sarees, I would strongly recommend checking a few other shops before finalizing. You may get a much better price elsewhere. Overall, this shop is not the best choice if you are expecting fair value for your old sarees. Try other places for a more honest and satisfying experience.
