I recently underwent PRP treatment for excessive hairfall in Oliva clinic. I had a great experience. Could see visible results, after the 3rd/4th session of my treatment.I noticed my shedding of hair reduced , new baby hair growth, improvement of hair texture . I'm quite satisfied with the result. Extremely happy with my experience at Oliva. I had signed up for a Dermafrac and Dandruff solutions and was happy by both. I am getting married and Dr Nanditha accepted my challenge of working on my skin within 2 months and I must say she did wonders. Right from consultation to therapy, the team made me feel so comfortable. Gin (therapist) was really good, loved the output.They provided the right solutions that everyone has been asking me what's the secret to my glowing skin and I have become the flag bearer of this clinic. I Am taking 5th session of GFC and pixlar laser treatment. The doctor Candice Marinda did laser +GFC well I got good improvement my childhood chickpox marks are 80% gone. My mother friends Colleagues also told I got good improvement on my face scars also gone and my face is glowing

I had a great experience at Oliva. Unlike the bigger hospitals/ clinics, the doctors and staff were extremely kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Gin, who's quite popular with all clients for his amiable behaviour that makes them comfortable pre and post treatment. The doctors and staff listen to you well and suggest their recommendations rather than forcing you to purchase overpriced products and services.

I have been visiting Olivia from a long time. Results of every procedure are very good. For today’s session, my pre and post treatment was done by Gin. He was super polite and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment.

Treatment-wise, I did not face any issues it was good. However, I felt the clinic is highly money-focused. The sales representatives strongly push packages that you don't really need, so I would suggest being cautious before committing. They are also significantly more expensive compared to other reputed clinics — I was charged almost 4–5 times higher than what other clinics quoted for LHR. Once I realized the price difference, I decided to discontinue my treatment here.

DO NOT GO HERE. Literally scamsters! They’re hard on selling products and services - and that’s their whole business. I went for hair loss and the doctor basically said within 10 seconds I have female pattern baldness, gave Minoxil and said I need PRP. NO proper diagnosis or tests, just fear mongering. They have a salesperson whose job is literally to get you to subscribe for the treatments. Stressed me out completely and wasted 2.5K INR. Luckily I went to another trusted doctor elsewhere for second opinion who was able to guide and diagnose. Wish I could give minus ratings.

I recently underwent a mole removal procedure for a mole on the top of my nose, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience. The procedure was smooth and comfortable, thanks to Dr. Candice, who was extremely patient and ensured the process involved no to very minimal pain. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Gin, who helped me mentally prepare for the procedure and handled the treated area with great care and reassurance. Their support truly made a difference and helped put me at ease throughout the process.

I am undergoing LHR treatment at Oliva Clinic and the experience has been great so far. I can already see visible changes, though a few more sessions are left. The doctors and staff are very polite, attentive, and patiently answer all queries and concerns. Both their behavior and service are excellent, making the overall experience very positive.

Had an amazing experience at Costamar, Olvia Clinic! The staff were super helpful, and the facilities were top-notch. The doctor was very attentive and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend 👍.

Staff does not know what they are doing, we took an appointment on Practo and reached, they did not have any confirmation on their system. We showed them our booking but they wanted us to talk to the call center. Not my problem that their booking system is not updated and made us sort it out with their call center.

Great experience. The staff is very professional and skilled at what they do. GIN in particular from the Indiranagar clinic not only provided an expert chemical peel, but engaged in a deep and meaningful conversation that seemed to make time fly by quickly.

I went for a scalp scab issue. The doctor was too lazy to properly look at the scab and suggested a general steroid cream which was used for different kind of scalp concerns. Inexperienced junior doctors. Strongly suggest not to visit.

Have been undergoing chemical peels for hyperpigmentation and the staff members are very helpful . Dr.Nandetha is very sweet and understands concerns well.Special shoutout to Gin for helping with the pre and post treatment procedure, making it a comfortable and nice experience overall.

I strongly advise people not to choose this clinic. I underwent an under-eye dark circle treatment at Oliva’s and paid upfront for treatment over nearly 8 months. At the end of the treatment, there were no visible results, which was later clearly acknowledged by their own senior doctor (Dr.Veena -area head )after reviewing my treatment records. Instead of accountability or a resolution, I was asked to start an entirely new treatment by Dr.Veena with no clarity on next steps(new cream for one month + blood tests). Shockingly, these tests were not done before starting the original treatment with consultant Dr.Maria, and even now there is no written clarity on expected results, next steps, or whether additional charges will be involved. Unfortunately, the interactions were mentally pressurizing, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was indirectly told that I was “expecting reimbursement or complimentary services,” which was insulting and unacceptable by senior doctor like Dr.Veena Rao. I went seeking clarity for a failed treatment and accountability for invested time and money. Their senior Doctor themselves cant understand the mental state of a patient who has undergone an expensive treatment with no results. I can’t accept the judgement I received in the clinic. Despite multiple visits,there was no ownership of the failed treatment, no empathy, and no clear resolution. Only uncertainty, extreme pressure, and vague assurances. My experience reflects poor treatment planning, lack of transparency, and extremely weak patient handling. Please be cautious before investing your money and trust here. I hope this review prevents others from facing the same financial and emotional distress. It’s your skin please be careful..

I had a horrible experience at Oliva. I'm a first time visitor here and had booked an appointment for hydra facial at Indranagar Oliva. They confirmed my booking stating the location to be of Oliva HSR. I travelled all the way from Indranagar to HSR for the appointment, and got to know I don't have any appointment scheduled at that clinic. I was told to visit Indranagar clinic. Once I reached here I was told that the doctor has already left and they don't do hydra facial here. I'M SO ANNOYED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T EVEN FEEL THE NEED TO COMPENSATE IT IN ANYWAY.

It was an good experience. Dr has explained thoroughly where I did understood the issues and precautions to be taken. I would highly recommend my colleague, family and friends.
