I have been ordering from Olive Hut since last year. In the beginning, everything was excellent, the food quality, portion sizes, and the overall attitude and service of the staff. Unfortunately, over time, there has been a noticeable decline in both quality and service.
Recently, I ordered chaats for iftar. When I changed my mind about pickup and requested delivery instead, the staff member on the phone responded with unnecessary jokes rather than simply handling the request professionally, which felt unprofessional.
Additionally, the portions were significantly smaller than before, and the taste was not the same as it used to be.
It’s disappointing because this feels like a pattern we unfortunately see with many Pakistani restaurants, they start with amazing quality and service, but gradually standards drop once they establish a customer base. As a Pakistani customer, that’s particularly disheartening. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and restores the quality and professionalism that initially made them stand out.
