I love training aerial here, it's actually a big reason why I chose where to even stay in North Goa -- to be close to Omaggio! They have a healthy mix of aerial arts, aerial fitness and conditioning, dance classes for kids and adults alike. I love running into moms and their kids taking their own respective aerial classes (my take: more dads should try aerial). They run super fun weekend workshops which you should definitely try especially if its your first time into aerial.
From the moment you walk in you're greeted with such warmth and care. I take aerial fitness with Anandi who synchronizes the counting of reps with the music beat so perfectly! The movements have a lot of fluidity and rhythm yet still challenge your flexibility, mobility, and strength in a really fun way. I enjoyed taking hoop (lyra) with Apurva for a weekend workshop in flying hoop. Flying in the air makes you feel like a performer and any level can try it.
As with more adventurous sports/arts like aerial, go slow and within your ability. you can tell the instructors immediately if something feels wrong, they'll take care of you!
