After a disappointing first experience with another installer using poor-quality equipment, I decided to work with Car OMG for the audio and multimedia upgrade of my vintage car, and I’m very glad I did. From the beginning, they gave honest, expert advice on what existing components were worth keeping and what should be upgraded. They recommended premium equipment tailored to my needs and expectations, without trying to oversell. What really impressed me was their flexibility and convenience: the team came directly to my place, handled the complete installation, including cable routing, fitting, and setup, and completed everything seamlessly in a single afternoon. I mainly dealt with Naseeba, who was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and super reactive on WhatsApp. The rest of the team onsite was equally professional, skilled, and friendly. The upgrade included an amazing subwoofer, a very fluid multimedia screen, GPS support, a dedicated microphone for clearer calls, and even a standalone setup with a SIM card, meaning I’m no longer dependent on Apple CarPlay. What truly sets them apart is their after-sales support. Whenever I faced configuration issues, they were proactive, patient, and always willing to help, even offering to come back to my place if needed. I eventually visited their shop, and they spent real time troubleshooting with me until we found the cause: a phone hotspot configuration interfering with the system synchronization. Problem solved. We fine-tuned everything, including volume, bass, and settings, and now the system performs beautifully. I’m genuinely very satisfied with their service and already planning additional upgrades to expand the audio setup even further. Just got tinting installed on my car, the gentlemen and the lady were very helpful and when i got there the lady ushered me in and asked if I would like one of the gentlemen drive my car in and i was very happy with the suggestion, then we got inside, one of the gentlemen, I think his name is Sandeep, showed me a few options and his recommendations, quite professional and helpful, i must say, but i had already made up my mind on which tinting im going for, great salesman and very charismatic, im really happy with the job and his recommendations. Please take my advice and dont go there 2 times for front bumper because the wrapping is peeling off 3 times for my screen because its lagging with chinese software (2600 i paid) 2 times for roof and its peeling off they ask me to come again for touch up work Zero after care service, they claim that their team explained to me about antenna and nobody did, they dont communicate They refused to refund my money
