They exceeded my expectations! I have stayed here multiple times both short and long term. Great location, one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Northern Tehran, close to everything. Really comfortable, clean, spacious flats. We asked for traditional Persian breakfast which was by far the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The owners and staff are very flexible, all my requests were approved (early check-in, late check-out, etc). Perfect example of how hospitality should be. The owner Mr. Omid made my stay far better than what I could have asked for. He organized several daily tours and transportation for very affordable prices on the contrary to other agencies who were trying to rip tourists off! The staff were all brilliant, couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation, no cons! Highly recommend

I rent apartments here and it was a disaster , very rude and mean landlord and very disrespect and rude gatekeeper. toulet was not working and we had to ask them for hundred times to fix it. We traveled during the summer the AC was not working. we were told the apartment has all daily needs , but apartments had nothing even basic daily needs. I had to ask my friend for bed and plates. don't recommend it, don't waste your money.

Not a good experience as the landlord asked for HOA fee and did not return the deposit money back. The furniture was old and not clean.
