Good location apartments are decent but a lot of wear and tear the finishing is not the best for example my room number was written by a marker pen there are a lot of unfinished stuff here

First place I’ve seen with carpet in the bedroom—wohoo! 🎉 Pros: ✔️ Well-insulated—even with heating only from 4 PM to midnight, it stays warm. Good for those who like it cool; bad for my wife, who’s cold even in summer. 😅 ✔️ Floor-to-ceiling windows—plenty of natural light, bright and airy. ✔️ Quiet & private—ideal for a relaxed stay. Heads-up: 🔹 Get blackout blinds for the bedroom unless you love waking up with the sun. 🔹 Kitchen has conductive stoves—make sure you have compatible pots and pans. 🔹 Staff responsiveness is hit & miss—some are great, others... not so much. Tips & Advice: 💧 Water Dispenser: Call in to order your own water—waiting on the front desk could take weeks. 🍕 Food Delivery: Foodpanda delivers to your door, but riders go through multiple security checks. Be kind, tip them well for the hassle! 🚗 Traffic & Navigation: No major traffic issues despite nearby roadwork. If using Google Maps, enter "One Constitution Ave"—not "One Constitution Ave Apartments," or you’ll end up at the back with no entrance. If heading to ISB Expressway, there’s a hidden U-turn (not on Google Maps) that saves time! Overall, a great place if you want a luxurious, peaceful stay with some minor quirks to navigate.

Beautiful views. Very few people are living here right now which actually is nice. The construction quality is very average ( fittings, in kitchens & bathrooms ) but the views are spectacular.

Outstanding place with very beautiful view of constitution avenue. Wide Parking area, beautiful front of the building and sitting area around reception is calm, Flats are well furnished and well lit, 1 star less for the reception staff dressing and personal cleanliness issue. Thanks

RB&B appt in the building stayed there for 4 nights ! The stay was remarkable and memorable, the best part was the amazing views from the apartment, with that the building was awesome

Very poor experience. Booked an apartment at one constitution by goldfinch. Super unhygienic. Bedsheets were stained and smelly. Would not recommend to anyone.

excellent place and reasonably priced. The only bad thing I noticed was that on Saturday night I detected different old men with young girls frequently coming in the building. Not acceptable if this it to be a family place. Also the washroom had no curtain on the window so anyone with a good camera can watch what's happening in the washroom (including the shower area).

Apparently seems a win project with most amazing views and location. Marketing staff guided very well.

Super comfortable stay. Aclass Hygiene and cleanliness really is a major need, and this place was exactly that. Pretty much liked it better than serena this time.

Had an amazing stay at one constitution. Loved everything about it!

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with reserving an apartment at One Constitution. I paid a 15,000 advance to secure my reservation, but since then, I have been unable to reach anyone for confirmation or assistance. The contact numbers provided are turned off, leaving me feeling ignored and anxious about my reservation.

A super luxury living experience facing the consitution avenue and Rawal Lake on backview. The location, the space and height cannot be overrated.

Cute space, but it is ridiculous to live in. Heating was out in the winter and the cooling system just does not work. In the entire building. Fourth month in and they're still fixing it. They can and should do so much better. Premium rent rates for discomfort.

Pathetic Service! they missed one of my booking and then they gave us an another apartment on spot but, AC’s were not working. After 10 hours of trying, they insisted to come back and check, still not working. We checked out at midnight and they had zero apologies. However, we asked for a refund since nothing was working and we didn’t stay. They refused to give a full refund. They should really learn about service sector. P.s One star for the room only.
