Hello. I have been with One Helping Another for the last 7 yrs. There aren't any issues that I can complain off. Mrs A is always willing to help if there is issues. You can always call upon her and ask any questions pertaining to the job. So far I do enjoy working with this agency .

I love this place. The owner is very caring and makes sure your love ones are fully satisfied. The aids are always in uniform, on time, and provide excellent services. The owner and the aids are professional and phenomenal. If you need a home health aid, then this is the place to go!!!!

This company is a very deceitful and dishonest company. They have absolutely no care about any of their clients. They would prefer clients to switch, not only their primary care provider, but also switch insurance just so they can enroll in high numbers and bill insurance companies. They have no customer service skills. Very rude and ignorant staff that needs to practice on their people skills.
