Club One Seven Chiang Mai

Situated very close to the airport but not in the middle of everything. This smaller yet suitable resort/hotel is great. I had room 102 which I would recommend if you can get it is downstairs and has a private balcony that looks on to the river. Even when the water was low there was never any smell or issue with mosquitoes etc. The resort staff are all very friendly and helpful and the service is great. This resort is for Men only and the attached spa gets quite busy. Open 3pm-11pm with both locals and visitors. 160TB per visit but free for hotel guests. Great pool, jacuzzi, steam room, dry sauna, dark room, crusing area and plenty of showers and cubicles. A cooked breakfast is available and a decent sized gym. There are some great places to eat within a 5 minute walk and just over the bridge and around 1 corner is a Tops Daily service station. It has everything and more. than the 7/11's that are closer. A GRAB car or taxi is around 150TB to and from the airport. I will 100% stay here again

En primer lugar la ubicación. No es céntrico de nada, más bien a 20/30 minutos de un paseo hasta la entrada de Chiang Mai. Yo cogía taxi moto por 30/40 baths (1 euro aprox). El servicio de los trabajadores muy bueno, especialmente los del bar de por la tarde me llevo un muy buen recuerdo. La habitación es algo que tienes que saber. Mi habitación en teoría era de 8 camas, pero es solo una gran habitación (una parte de 8 camas y un baño, y en la misma habitación, otra parte de 4 camas y un baño). Realmente es una habitación de 12 con dos baños. Tú decides si te mola o no, yo no hubiera tenido inconvenientes, pero es una habitación de 12, que lo sepam. Sobre la sauna-spa, es lo mejor. Mucho ambiente joven todos los días y la zona de la piscina perfecta, yo tomé en sol casi hasta las 16.00h, luego ya todo es sombra, pero me encantó. La verdad es que si quieres sauna solo de chicos, y piscina para hacer nudismo, este es en mejor sitio. Un plus que te cambian la toalla a diario, te dan una botella de agua a diario y te hacen la cama todos los días. Me sentí muy seguro, relajado y free. Sin duda repetiría, y repetiré si no suben mucho los precios.

Can only comment on the Spa. Great sauna,could be hotter. Excellent steam roo and cabins of the very dark room. Many locals and Chinese but also some European. Very good all for 160bt. Very small towel but who needs it?

It’s very dark. You do not know if everyone inside or not ( I mean dark rooms bc you cannot see anything ) The hot pool is dangerous. You do not see the down of the pool bc there is no light and you could be hurted. Very cold . Extremely cold . I understand that this is North but we are naked there so should be warmer :(

Mi opinión va orientada al sauna. Dado que no me hospedé. Es buen lugar,cómodo y buena vista.Y barata la entrada. Entre la 18 y 20 horas va más gente. Recomendable.

Didn’t stay at the guesthouse—this review is just for the sauna. As a Taiwanese gay traveler, I’d say this place is… not bad at all for what it is. The gym is basic but has air-con (bless!), and the dry sauna is hot enough to sweat it all out. The steam room, though, had a bit of a weird smell and wasn’t quite hot enough for my liking. The crowd? Mostly local Thai uncles—middle-aged guys, some slim, some with dad bods, a few gym types sprinkled in. Not exactly a twink haven (I only saw one, and he wasn’t into it), but that can be a plus depending on your vibe. The maze is bigger than I expected and fun to explore. The whole place is slightly run-down, but honestly, still felt clean enough—not sketchy. The best part? The riverside bar area—it’s actually a really chill spot to wind down. Entry was 140 baht, super reasonable. Don’t expect a luxury spa, but if you’re nearby and curious, it’s worth checking out.

Lovely very traditional guesthouse very old building with lots of charm. Amazing staff who are very helpful and work really hard to keep the place clean. The sauna was good fun and got really busy after 6pm with a good mix of guys. The pool is great and something I’ve never seen before. Had a great stay

Amazing place to stay, very authentic, made good use of the facilities, very clean and staff very friendly. If we could have stayed longer we would have.

This is a great spot to meet diverse people, including locals, Asians, and Westerners, with a focus on mature individuals. The riverside setting provides a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying drinks. However, there's room for improvement: the sauna and steam room temperatures could be higher, and the dark room is excessively dark, making it difficult to navigate.

I visited this place yesterday and noticed some improvements. Steam sauna and dry sauna are not as cold as before. The area around the pool was much more quiet. It was quite a problem before, well, you know, it's hard to relax when you are nude and many fully dressed people clean or repair something right next to you. There is still a problem with the opening hours. 15.00 is the hottest time of the day, the worst time to get a ride. And if some potential visitors have a free day, and the wake up let's say at 10:00, what they have to do between 10:00 and 15:00? So they go somewhere else and don't come here at all. And, since you already installed this really cool light system which makes water look different, why not to use it every day?

Endroit fantastique dans lequel j’ai séjourné une dizaine de jours dans le dortoir. Tres propre le ménage est fait quotidiennement, le staff est fantastique ! Il m’ont même prêté une bouilloire dans le dortoir pour mon café du matin. Les installations inoubliables sauna hamam piscine gym sans oublier les espaces détente 💛 Le restaurant est très bon et pas cher. Je recommande cet établissement

As a solo traveler, it is a nice guesthouse to stay. I was there for three nights. I found some lovely staffs there, especially the staff who prepared the breakfast, the breakfast is surprisingly good and he’s very friendly and willing to help if you got any questions. And the manager is always smiling whenever I see him. I didn’t smell any bad stuff like some people said. But I did find the shower in my room is kinda weak.. overall it’s a great place to stay and relax.

I recently stayed at Club One Seven in Chiang Mai and it was fantastic! The hotel's location was great. Getting around was easy too, as the staff helped me arrange transportation whenever I needed it. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying the peaceful riverside patio in the mornings. I could watch the fishermen, squirrels, and birds while starting my day in a serene setting. Club One Seven had a unique and authentic atmosphere. It felt like staying in a traditional Thai house, which added to the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. If you're looking for a gay boutique hotel that offers a personalized Thai experience, I highly recommend Club One Seven. It's a relaxing and friendly place where you can immerse yourself in the local culture. I can't wait to go back and create more amazing memories there!
