Service was exceptional. Food quality and the pain staff took (Waqas Ali F&B Capt, Cheff jawad Bukhari & Ahmer F&B) to take care of every detail. Ambience was exceptional. Generally staff was very courteous and diligent. Room was well-maintained. Overall, memorable experience.

Excellent Stay Experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The location is superb, making it easy to get around. It was, without a doubt, a wonderful and memorable experience staying at the Multan Hotel One. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the warmth and hospitality were evident from the very moment I stepped into the hotel. I truly appreciated the outstanding service and gracious hospitality, especially during breakfast. Zubair and Chef Safdar Ali went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience their attentiveness, professionalism, and care made a lasting impression. Overall, the service, comfort, and genuine warmth of the staff made my stay truly special. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Good Experience Overall – Excellent Staff with Room for Improvement I'm giving this 4 stars, and here's why. First off, the staff were absolutely fantastic. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their service was genuinely top-notch, and I've stayed in hotels across multiple countries and continents, so I don't say that lightly. However, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. The biggest one? We were initially put in a smoking room. I don't smoke, and frankly, smoking rooms should be clearly designated and only given to guests who specifically request them. It made the room uncomfortable to stay in. To their credit, the hotel moved us to a better room the next day, which I really appreciated – it shows they do listen to feedback and try to make things right. The other disappointment was the dinner buffet. I had organized a reunion with 30 of my friends – we've known each other for over 35 years – and I wanted everything to be perfect for them. Unfortunately, the buffet menu options just weren't up to par, especially considering the price point. We ended up taking the entire group to the Ramada instead because they offered much better variety and value for money. It was a bit embarrassing, honestly. The hotel management really needs to work on improving their dining options if they want to compete. Despite these hiccups, I would definitely recommend Hotel One. The staff's willingness to resolve issues and their excellent service make a real difference. With some improvements to room assignments and the food offerings, this could easily be a 5-star experience.

A decent budget hotel with easy access. Rooms are neat and clean, and the staff is friendly and cooperative. Complimentary breakfast is simple but satisfactory. Ample parking space is available, which is a plus. Note: No food is available inside the hotel after 11 pm, so late night meals need to be ordered from outside. Overall, good value for money for a short stay.

I have recently attend dkt training regarding primary health care and dhunk clinic project in Hotel One Tariq Road. There is a pleasant experience. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and nicely presented. The taste was good and the portion size was satisfying. Service was also polite and attentive. The internal environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The dining area had a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a good place for a relaxed meal. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would recommend it for lunch with family or colleagues.

Had a really good stay at Hotel One Multan. Hospitality level was extremely high even was travelling Hotel one kept in coordination with me as soon as I reserved my room. Plus break fast was really good and services provided by Aqib, Zubair and the Safdar Ali Chef showed their best Hospitality during breakfast. Than you for an amazing experience.

Warning for Foreign Tourists: When we first arrived at the hotel at about 3pm we were informed that we would not be allowed to leave the hotel without paying for a tour guide, and organising armed police security. This could not happen until the following morning so we could not leave the hotel before then. There was no communication from the hotel regarding this before we arrived. The tour would only last for four hours, and so as the hotel explained to us when we arrived, this would be the only time we could leave the hotel in Multan throughout our 3 night stay. While we had read about mandatory police security in Multan before our visit and which we were very happy to accept, if we had known about the additional need for a compulsary tour guide we would not have come to Multan, as this was very restrictive. I still don't know if the need for a tour guide alongside police is a Multan wide policy, as the hotel stated to us, or just the hotels own interpretation of the local policy, as communication from the hotel on this was very unclear and contradictory, and it was missing from their own guidance. From what I can gather other hotels in Multan may have a less strict interpretation of the local policy. Pros Breakfast was excellent, good amenities (bottled water, toothbrushes, razors) available in the room, security, waiting staff and cleaning staff were all exceptionally kind and welcoming, as were the vast, vast majority of Multan people we met. Hot water in the showers. Cons Alongside the issue with needing to hire a tour guide, there was wider issues with the hotel itself, including the hotel cancelling two nights of our booking without informing us, and exceptionally poor communication and professionalism from reception staff, such as frequently contradicting themselves, for example telling us the tour would last for seven hours despite it being for four hours. Throughout our stay reception staff were very passive aggressive and made us feel that we were an inconvenience they didn't want to have to deal with. The need for security meant we had to wait for nearly two and a half hours for them on our final evening in order to leave the hotel. Our room lacked any large windows and so we had to spend our whole afternoon and evening on the first night in this, as the hotel lacks common lounge areas or outdoor space. It has been my only negative experience of a hotel throughout our two weeks in Pakistan, including numerous other cities that require security escorts. Please avoid this hotel.

Recently I stayed at Hotel One for 3 days and 4 nights. While the room rates are affordable, the overall experience was below expectations. There was no visible security or bellboy assistance upon arrival, and the reception staff appeared uninterested, which affected the first impression. The room décor was fine, but cleanliness and maintenance need more attention to detail from housekeeping. Room service staff were polite and soft-spoken; however, response time could be improved. The food quality was average and overly spicy, and breakfast service seemed understaffed, affecting the preparation of even basic items. Hotel One has good potential due to its pricing, but improvements in staff training, cleanliness, service efficiency, and food quality would greatly enhance the guest experience. I have another stay planned next month and hope to see positive changes.

Warm welcoming staff especially the management, reception and room service, always accomodating and helpful. Nicely lit and designed premises. The gym is quite petite but enough for a dude (and I do mean a dude, no dudette) trynna keep his pump. Overall a pretty comfortable experience. No garden to walk or chilout in but paved area for walking and smoking. House keeping is a different story. If I'm staying at a hotel I should not be directing the staff to clean and restock the room properly. But sadly, that is the case.

We had a two days stay in this hotel. It was an excellent experience. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was very polite and all facilities were available. Mr. Zubair and Chef saddar provided very good service. I recommend this place.

Very pathetic experience. This hotel has big rooms and that is only what this has to offer. This hotel is famous among corporate sectors to entertain employees on business trips. For other individuals this is not value for money. Considering the price of this room and charges for extra mattress and quality of breakfast there are many other good options. Moreover, room service is mostly unavailable. Never coming again.

Hotel One is a classic example of how hotels shouldn’t be, filthy sheets, dirty towels a washroom with stains and rumbling fixtures. What can their staff actually do to improve it? Absolutely nothing. How difficult it is to maintain cleanliness, and give your guests a good experience,

I stayed at Hotel One during my visit to Multan, its a nice hotel with good amenities, however the additional mattresses we got for kids were not up to the mark, I think they're over their age/usage now and need to be replaced. Wipers and and foot stool should be made available in the bathroom, the sink isn't reachable if you're traveling with kids. The Breakfast was really good.
