The One Tower

It is Avery nice building on internet city metro station very easy and accessible. the security is very helpful for I dint know how to go there and they helped big thanks to the security they identify wat you need and help you to your destination since the lifts are abit confusing if it's your first time to be there

My office is situated on 25th Floor of The One Tower. It is a commercial building which is directly connected to Dubai Internet Metro City Station through its Level P1 and hence offers ease and comfortablity for people working over here to commute through metro. Also the location is prime in itself. On its ground floor you find a fully functional zoom store also.

A well managed location for businesses and offices. The best part is the direct access to the metro, letting you escape the Dubai sun. Also has a market at ground floor for a quick bite or some essentials.

Excellent location on Sh Zayed road. One of the very few buildings with direct access to the Metro. Elevators can be slow during peak hours and lobby busy. Parking is available but paid. Hardly any free parking nearby

Huge business complex with proper security and good space for parking. Elevators are fast and smooth. Overall neat and clean premises. Great place to make your office or clinic etc

You will find most of the corporate office in this building. Well maintained clean and tidy area. Washroom are located on each levels. Parking is concern but you can park in paid area which they have and even around the building. Try avoiding to park below bridge or you will be fined. Just a point to note.

The Tower sits on the side of the popular road and just above the Internet City metro station with a short walkway link to the station. With 11 lifts and 5 levels of carpark, The One Tower can handle large volumes of tenants and visitors and is a popular location for many small and big businesses.

Good initiative many offices on single floor with small rooms which can save money of tenant however receptionist(without uniform) is not aware of offices in building and when asked building emergency/help number diverted to security and security officer dialled his colleague to get no. I mean during emergency knowing your building is crucial and reception & security staff needs training and rest everything is good
