The customer was already standing at the counter, but both reception staff were busy scrolling on TikTok? Is this the level of service from Poslaju? I was right in front of them and they didn’t even notice until I said “Excuse me?”. Please improve your staff’s professionalism.

Please train your staff to be better!! So far, i have only ever encountered incompetent, rude and unpleasent staff at this branch. Korang paksa customer tunggu lama2 sebab sibuk tengok tiktok, pastu soalan basic pon tak pandai nak jawab…

It is a peak hour and only 2 staffs at the reception counter. The collection of parcel is exactly the same counter with all other transactions which is a totally not efficient at all. It is wasting my time for waiting while I just want to do collect a parcel.

Was early and Speedy service to renew driving license 😃 Location at new wing. B1. Look for kluang station and my tie shop. Take the escalator down to B1. Pos office is just next to Thai Odyssey

i cant mail anything out here oh my god yall dont know what to do with anything i give you 💔 how are you gonna work at pos malaysia (The Mailing Company) and then charge me rm80 to send a packet that weighs 2g to canada?? yo you dont know what international air mail is??? you know?? the service that i can send an international packet out at like four bucks for??? and yall dont even speak malay let alone english that well i genuinely cannot understand jack yall are saying

Came around 5pm to drop off my parcels, it was totally empty and the Malay staff was nice and accommodating. She also keyed in the parcels immediately, efficient 👍🏼

Pejabat pos yang kecil. Kalau boleh jangan datang tengahari ke petang risau ramai orang dan beratur panjang. Kaunter tak banyak jadi perkhidmatan agak perlahan tapi boleh dikatakan laju dengan kadar kaunter yang dibuka. (boleh rujuk gambar) Perkhidmatan yang disediakan juga boleh rujuk pada gambar. Kedudukan pos laju di tingkat B1, perlu pergi ke 'new wing' kawasan oval yang selalu ada 'event'. Ambik escalator dekat my tie store turun ke bawah.

Came here to renew my car's road tax . Was here around noon time and the queue time was less than 20 minutes. When it reached my turn, the whole process took about 5 minutes. Only cash accepted. Getting to this place was difficult even with the directory since it's located at basement 1. Look for kluang station cafe (LG floor) and take the escalator down and you will reach POS Malaysia. Kluang station is located quite near to the exit to dataran car park (just walk from the dataran car park entrance and all the way straight, you will see kluang station, then take the escalator to Basement 1).

Convenient and easy, and friendly staff.

Don't send your shopee parcel here. Their arrangement is the worst. Never seperate according to alphabet but date of receive. Inconvenient if you have many parcels

Female employee here is extremely rude, arrogant and not helpful all. More than once, turned me away but when I go to other branches, they are more helpful.

Firstly, the que number machine was placed at blind spot, so you wont see it when you walk in. 2nd point, the guy Hafiz serving was super rude. Ambik nombor. We said sorry as didn't not see the machine, thought was at the counter top. He then said was there for so many years. Omg, such a service. Come on, not everyone came to this poslaju since thousand years ago. Worst ever service here compared to other pos office. Even JnT serve better service.

Said that they were open but decided to be closed. Expect correct Information to be provided

Middle of the month so not long to wait. Fast and friendly staff. Helpful and settled my car road tax renewal in less than 10 minutes including waiting time. Month end or early of the month normally pack.

Staff member Haliza?(pls correct me) delivered an exceptional service. Met her at 3pm, and done my roadtax very quickly

Sekarang banyak saingan syarikat penghantaran. Oleh itu rajin2 senyum, senyum sedikit pun takpa. 😇 kita yg dtg rasa tak selesa dgn layanan seorang lelaki bermuka ketat sngat. Pandang kita atas bawah pula.
