One&Only The Palm

I have spent the last 3 weeks at this hotel, for some time of healing and personal renewal, and I can’t say enough good things. The facility is just amazing - my room is so private and I just, and maybe 5 steps to the private beach. The pools and beach are just beyond. The service level here is extraordinary. But what really stands out is the spirit of welcoming hospitality. In a moment of internal and external turmoil, I truly have been made to feel at home, whether the hotel was packed with guests or quiet due to the war. I wish I could remember the names of all the people who have helped and supported me, but I will call out a few - Sujith helping me with everything I could imagine, Trey, Santosh, Hassan, Donald and so many others at the restaurants; Becky, Jonalyn, Maria and especially my Queen of massage, Purity; Vanessa, Andrew, Raoul, Abdullah, Ved at the lobby and pool; Peter at Hydro; Shaukat the driver. I have dozens of other faces that I can’t quite put names to as I write, but all of whom feel like new friends. I do feel like I am coming to my tranquil, gracious home every time I step out my door. My local friends swear by this hotel, as the best spa/brunch/staycation in Dubai - they always want to meet at my hotel, even though it’s a long drive for them - so I know they must be consistent, day after day and year after year. Butch, Sol…it’s a helluva thing you did here, and amazing to see your vision so beautifully executed.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities are amazing and well maintained, but what truly amazed me most was the exceptional service. The people here genuinely care and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A special thanks to Ahmed from Front Office Department for being incredibly hardworking and for always going extra mile to make sure we were well taken care of. From check-in to check-out, his service was exceptional. We will definitely come back!

My experience at One&Only was truly exceptional, especially staying in a booking suite with a private pool. The service throughout our stay was outstanding A special mention to Mr. Ian, who was incredibly supportive from the moment we arrived and made sure all our requests were accommodated seamlessly through whatsapp. At Zest restaurant, Joanne was amazing. She was so warm and attentive and we had a great chat .. she really made our dining experience special. One thing that really stood out was the beach service. As we were just walking by, the staff noticed us right away, set up our sunbeds, and brought us water without us asking. That level of care really says it all. Everyone.. from reception to housekeeping was just wonderful. Thank you Ms Vaneesa whom I met during check-out and gifted me a small thing as a memory of our stay at One&Only. Thanks to Salma for the smooth check-out process, it didn't take me 1 min to be cleared and ready to leave 👍 We’ll definitely be back! I would recommend anyone to book and try one bedroom villa with poil or the two bedroom villa with private pool and direct access to the beach.

Visited the 101 restaurant today and had such a great experience 🌟 The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the lovely girl who welcomed us quamar she was very kind, polite, and professional. She kept checking on us throughout the visit to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude made us feel very comfortable. Her service truly made the experience even better. A truly beautiful hotel with an incredible territory, delicious breakfasts, and very attentive staff. The rooms and bathrooms are absolutely royal in scale — so spacious and relaxing. The distance from the city makes you feel as if you are somewhere in the Maldives. Luxurious views, crystal clear water, and a very peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended.

A truly beautiful experience at the Guerlain Spa. I came in for a massage and left completely restored — the therapists were skilled and intuitive, and the space is calm, elegant, and immaculate. Every detail is considered, from the welcome to the little touches at the end. I even treated myself at the Guerlain boutique on the way out and loved it. My only regret is not booking more time. Highly recommend — I’ll absolutely be back.

One&Only The Palm is the definition of quiet luxury. Tucked away at the very end of the Palm, it feels private and genuinely exclusive, the kind of resort where you can fully exhale the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is serene, the property is beautiful, and everything is designed for a calm, unhurried stay. Service was consistently lovely. Everyone we interacted with clearly wanted to please and took pride in getting the details right. Our butler was friendly and handled every request smoothly, and the buggies were always prompt and ready to shuttle us around the property without any waiting. The pools were wonderful, with excellent poolside service, and the spa was great as well, with a variety of treatments that matched the calm, polished feel of the resort. A special highlight was the restaurant manager, who is an absolute treasure. He was constantly present, warm with guests, and genuinely helpful. He even arranged a special Middle Eastern dessert we first had during Ramadan in Morocco and haven’t been able to find since. That level of thoughtfulness felt like the pinnacle of hospitality. We ended up leaving to spend the rest of our time in Dubai at the Burj Al Arab, and honestly, we wish we hadn’t. One&Only The Palm set such a high bar for privacy, comfort, and heartfelt service that it was hard to top. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-touch Dubai stay away from the crowds, this is the one.

A luxurious resort with a beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The kids club was very good, offering a variety of fun activities that kept the children entertained. The team was kind and attentive, making it a great choice for families with kids.

Had a perfect 4 night stay here at the one&only on the Palm. The service, food, spa, pool all were a 10 out of 10. My host Brendan was very attentive and overall great, arranging everything from spa bookings to restaurant recommendations for me. I’ll definitely be going back the next time I’m in Dubai.

This was the most incredible time of my life. Me and my husband got married here and made memories we’ll never forget. The staff and the wedding team were all phenomenal and made our stay all the more memorable. If you want to have a timeless dreamy wedding, you won’t go wrong here. We stayed at One&Only The Palm for our anniversary weekend, and there were many things we genuinely liked. The rooms were very good, the ambience was excellent, the pool was great, and the massage itself was really good. The staff were also very polite throughout the stay. It is a nice, quiet place and definitely a good getaway if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing. We did enjoy the stay, and that is what makes the disappointing parts stand out even more. Unfortunately, a few small but important issues almost ended up ruining what should have been a very good anniversary weekend. The biggest issue was the lack of clarity around the spa benefit. The way the offer was presented made it seem like the spa treatment was part of the package value already included in the final price shown on the website, when in fact it still required separate payment. That was not made clear enough in advance. What made this worse was the timing and coordination. The treatment was not arranged properly for Saturday, so it had to be pushed to Sunday after we were already supposed to check out. We still made the effort to check out around 7:15 and go for the 7:30 treatment so we would not miss it, only to then be asked for payment afterwards. That was a very disappointing way to end the stay. To be fair, the team did reduce the amount by 50% after we raised the issue, which we appreciated. But the point is that this situation should not have happened in the first place. Another guest could easily have been caught off guard and ended up paying without realizing the arrangement was not as implied during booking. For anyone considering this package, please be aware that the spa treatment was not included in the final package price shown on the website. In our case, it was treated as a separate charge under a two-for-one offer, not as a prepaid inclusion in the displayed total. That needs to be made much clearer during booking so guests are not caught by surprise at the end of their stay. My feedback to the hotel is simple: the small things matter, especially when guests are staying for a special occasion. Please make package inclusions clearer, improve coordination between reservations and spa scheduling, and avoid putting guests in awkward situations at the very end of what should have been a memorable stay.

One&Only The Palm was the absolute perfect choice for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the luxurious, pristine, and beautiful rooms. The entire resort's atmosphere, which reminded us of the Alhambra Palace, was incredibly sophisticated and elegant. Even though the weather was a bit of a shame during our stay, it couldn't take away from the beauty of the three stunning pools and the breathtaking views from the private beach. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast—the ingredients were so fresh, high-end, and delicious. The highlights of our stay were the resort activities. The Yoga class and the Pizza-making class were not only fun but truly meaningful experiences that we will cherish for a long time. We were especially moved by the meticulous service and kindness of our host, Delly. He was so thoughtful, sending us a delicious bottle of wine for our celebration and arranging a late check-out to perfectly accommodate our travel schedule. The housekeeping team also did a flawless job keeping our room perfect throughout our stay. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic, and ultra-luxurious honeymoon in Dubai, I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. It is truly the best of the best. Nos filles peuvent se balader en toute confiance, après 6 jours dans cet hôtel on se sent comme à la maison , c est un vrai luxe . Le petit déjeuner, les restaurant, tout est parfait. Das gesamte Hotelteam ist außergewöhnlich herzlich und zuvorkommend; man fühlt sich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben und muss sich wirklich um nichts Gedanken machen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Poolbereich: herrlich ruhig, sehr entspannt und perfekt, um dem Trubel Dubais zu entfliehen. Auch unsere Beach Front Suite mit eigenem Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Der direkte, nahezu nahtlose Zugang zum Strand ist perfekt gelöst und macht das Erlebnis besonders exklusiv und privat. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dem Concierge Deli, der sich mit viel Aufmerksamkeit, Herzlichkeit und Professionalität um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert hat, sowie Herrn Leon Wertschulte, der unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner Präsenz und seinem Engagement zusätzlich bereichert hat. Solchen Menschen merkt man an, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Insgesamt fühlt man sich im One&Only The Palm rundum umsorgt, sicher und wertgeschätzt – Luxus, der nicht laut, sondern wohltuend und selbstverständlich ist. Wenn wir wieder nach Dubai kommen, würden wir ohne zu zögern erneut dieses Hotel wählen. Absolute Empfehlung - vor allem die Massage im Guerlain Spa!
