This is fake. Once we pay, they won't respond to any calls or emails.

Overall experience was good. Specially the safety without approval of the party you can not entered in the building. Good location near bus stop.

Very bad tower, they are closing the main tower door and the employees have to enter from small door just to pass in front of security, they install electric gate to feel you are passing in the airport, also they have very crowded elevators, you need 15 minutes to reach the office. only thing positive its very clean and secure.

Elevators are not functioning well. There are 5 elevators which all go up or down at the same time. So if you’re on the ground floor and they just left you need to wait until they go all up to the 20th floor and come back down. The basement parking is disgusting, dirty and messed up. The whole concrete is messed up and leaves stones and gravel everywhere. The corridors of the hallways all use this bad air freshener which just smells like bathroom.

They wont allow food riders to deliver to the office and you have to get to the counter to get your parcel/order even if your office is on 20th floor. They dont mintain their toilets well. There are no gyms , cafeterias have the worst coffee

You think your tower has worst elevators ever? Forget it and come to Opal Tower! We will make you wait for 15 mins just for the elevator to arrive! And after you get in - prepare experience the worst possible air conditions! Also, you will stop at every floor, cause our elevators are designed to make you suffer! Still not sure? My office tower!! Cool securities and great fm as well. Also has a renowned feasible restaurant in the ground floor, which is a blessing to everyone as food in business bay is pretty expensive.!!

This business center has a very poor management. I need the owner contact details or the official email address. They are not providing any details which I Need by phone which is very strange. They have issued ejari on my company name without my knowledge. I don’t know their motive behind this but most probably for doing fraud on my company name. And may be that is why they are scared to give the business center official email ID and contact details of owner. Careful people… fraudsters are everywhere in UAE. I am pretty sure These good reviews must have been given by themselves and their surroundings…

Great place in Dubai's Main Business Hub, Business Bay, has many offices and stores, food and supermarket, shisha and cafeteria too. Has a great view of burj khalifa one side. #zack_lux90 @zack_lux90

Royal melody Parking company very bad, they refused to make refund I have more than 18 days left. Try to get parking in another buildings around

The building has a nice view on the top level, very convenient location as well, near baysquare and has paid parking down!

Lack of lifts. Waited too long for the lifts. Gooood offices are here. Resturant on ground floor is best in taste.

Kindly have toilet brushes in each toilet as the flushing is not powerful .Thank you
