Today my husband and I went to the store. While we were looking at spectacles, “There is no doubt that the spectacles were good and genuinely of good quality.” the salesman told us about an offer. He said that we would get two spectacles for ₹2000 under this offer, and that we could also buy them for another person. So we called our father and decided to go ahead. After that, the salesman changed his statement. Then we selected another spectacle, and another salesman again changed the offer. The salesmen themselves were confused among each other. For the last one hour, we were told different and changing information by three different salesmen. Please don’t mislead customers. You’ve changed the offer multiple times. You should first be clear about the offer before explaining it to customers. This kind of behaviour loses customer trust.
