Orange Spa

My partner and I recently visited Orange Spa for a couples’ Thai massage, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a warm and calming atmosphere. The spa had a pleasant, soothing aroma that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. We were offered a lovely selection of tea, which was a nice touch that added to the overall experience. The Thai massage itself was exceptional—the therapists were skilled and attentive, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension while ensuring a deeply relaxing experience. We left feeling refreshed, re-energised, and completely stress-free

Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. Moroccan Therapist Ameera clearly does not know how to do massage and completely lacks even the most basic principles of massage therapy. There was no technique, no pressure control, no flow—just random touching with hands that had no purpose or skill behind it. Instead of focusing on the session, she was constantly talking about money and pushing for extra paid services. When I refused, she immediately changed her attitude and cut the session short, saying she needed to go to another customer and that my time was “up.” This is absolutely unethical and unprofessional behavior. This was not a massage, it was a waste of time and money. If you’re looking for a real therapist who understands massage, avoid Ameera completely. She is only interested in upselling, not in providing any actual service تجربة غير مقبولة على الإطلاق وتفتقر إلى أدنى معايير المهنية. ما قُدِّم لي من قِبل المدعوة أميرة لا يمكن تصنيفه بأي شكل من الأشكال على أنه خدمة مساج. فهي تفتقر إلى المعرفة والخبرة الأساسية بمبادئ المساج، ولا تمتلك أي تقنية مهنية معتمدة، حيث اقتصر ما قامت به على ملامسة عشوائية للجسم دون ضغط صحيح أو تسلسل أو هدف علاجي واضح. الأمر الأخطر هو سلوكها غير المهني أثناء تقديم الخدمة، إذ انشغلت بالحديث المتكرر عن المال ومحاولة فرض خدمات إضافية مقابل مبالغ أعلى. وعند رفضي لذلك، قامت بتغيير تعاملها فورًا وأنهت الجلسة قبل اكتمال الوقت المتفق عليه، مبررة ذلك برغبتها في خدمة زبون آخر، في تصرف يُعد استغلالًا واضحًا وإخلالًا جسيمًا بواجبات مقدّم الخدمة. هذا السلوك يُعد تضليلًا للعميل وإهدارًا لحقه في الحصول على الخدمة التي دُفع مقابلها، ويعكس انعدام النزاهة والمهنية. ما حصل لم يكن خدمة مساج، بل إضاعة للوقت والمال. أنصح وبشدة بعدم التعامل مع أميرة، فهي غير مؤهلة لتقديم هذه الخدمة، واهتمامها منصب فقط على تحصيل مبالغ إضافية، وليس على تقديم خدمة حقيقية أو محترمة

A quality spa. From the first interaction on WhatsApp to saying goodbye, the whole experience was one of quality and respect. Room and towels were spotless and the attention to detail was first class. Moroccan bath was exceptional, relaxing and rejuvenating. Thoroughly recommend this business if you are in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soft lighting and calming music setting the perfect mood. The therapist was highly professional, attentive, and skilled, focusing on all the tension points I mentioned.

It was a very good experience, the environment is clean and tidy, the receptionists are very enthusiastic in receiving customers, the staff are very good and patient, the massage techniques are good and worth recommending, I will come again next time.

Went here recently with my girlfriend for a couples massage. We had a warm reception was very relaxing. We got a Thai massage and it was very good, i felt so relaxed afterwards and didnt have any body pain as well.

I just visited spa last week, it was very amazing and relaxing place, receptions are very accomodating and their therapist is so professional, its 100% recommended this place to relax and to remove also your body pain.

Orange spa is located on the 14th floor of the hotel, with a cool view from the windows, excellent service, and professional massage therapists. I enjoyed it and also relieved my back pain. If you are looking for a massage in this area, I highly recommend it🔥

Amazing massage & morrocan bath as always! Me and my husband always go here for Thai massage and we loved it. Their service from the booking, reception and the masseuse Lita and Mimi are smooth and good. I think we’ve been with them for a year now.

Good place for a full body relaxation. All are so hospitable and well mannered, professional therapist as the receptionist as well , place was really awesome they are all professional well given the treatment I’ve choose, I went out “”fresh”thanks guys team was amazing
