I booked paying extra than usual travels expecting a premium service. The bus was in worst condition than any other travels I have travelled in. AC air leaking from top on my head. Hyderabad to Pune

Terrible experience in Orange travels on our trip from Hyderabad to tirupati. One hour before departure , they sent a message that bus is starting late by one hour. And again on the way the bus broke down. They did not arrange alternate transport. They made us wait for the mechanic to arrive and repair. Their customer service number does not respond at night. Very careless about customers.

Just on main road in SR Nagar. Reasonable price and polite staff. I use this to send good Vijaywada by road. Found it good option and recommend it better then any expensive currier services.

Worst bus service, They always cancel bus before 1 hr or less. Don't risk your travel plans

Good transport facility all over the india but they won't provide single water bottle to the passengers these is not fair to the travel agency coustomers are paying much of amounts.

Worst service I reserved ticket waited 1 hour for pickup van that bus idiot driver didn't continuously call waiting didn't answer the call after 1 hour he said to come lb nagar 1 hour journey from my pick up point. Contacted customer service no response. I wexed up calling them and left humble request donot use orange service

Go 10 to 15 befor boarding time the buses will start from the parking area at the same time mentioned to you. A POINT TO REMEMBER IS THIS REVIEW IS FOR ORANGE TOURS AND TRAVELS OFFICE WERE ALL THE BUSSES ARE THERE.

I had a smooth and comfortable bus journey. The seats were clean and spacious, the ride was on time. The overall experience was pleasant and making it a relaxing trip.

Service is not good on the bus. No curtains in sleeper. Charging Rs. 1200/- , but not providing the proper services for customer. They are always saying, just adjust. Not satisfied. No Blankets Are Provided. Saying AC Bus, But Full Of Mosquitos. Not Worth For Money

Had a horring experience with orange tours n travels. The bus number and driver number which I received is completely different from the bus which I travelled. The bus started late and in between there was a breakdown issue so they almost delayed 4 to 5hrs. No proper response when I contacted customer service.

Worst travel operators in town. I booked ticket to Bangalore, but my boarding details has been changed without my knowledge, When contacted, they never bothered to respond in a positive manner, ended up losing my money, but did not travel.

Okay only bus on the time not arrived 😞 waiting long time reading lights not working screen are damaged straps over all it's ok

Buses are clean and tidy. And Orange buses are well built that we don't find any external noises while travelling. Staff is very responsive. They provide you with snacks which as a compliment. Bed sheets are very neat and hygiene. If you are travelling with family then bus is definitely to opt for.

Very worst service nowadays... I have booked a bus from Hyderabad to kerala.. but the given contract numbers are switched off..... Even costomer care don't know the contact of the trip persons.... Provided numbers are switched off... Very poor service....

Not good service... Every time late... No response from Customer support... No one is responding in the proper way bus staff... Better to choose another travelling.

Very Comfortable bus ride. Impressed with the cleanliness . Beds were well Done and clean, they provide blankets and pillow too . Worth for the price
