Orange travels

I travelled from Vijayawada to Coimbatore. (15.11.2025) Actual time 3.30 pm but bus was 30 minutes delay. I got bus at 4.00 pm. After that continues travel till next day (16.11.2025) at 1.30 pm. Very long travel. Due to unpaid of Tax the RTO has stopped bus in the Tamil Nadu border for more than 5 hrs... Never stopped for breakfast... No refreshment for more than 24 hrs... Very terrible travel....

Worst service Do not waste your money on Orange Travels Bus’s window is jammed and is not opening, cleaner is of no help. There is no air so we asked them to try opening the window, he is saying to complaint if you want, we can’t help. Foot rest is broken. Would have given 0 if it’s available

Pickup up point office entrance,NTR CURCLR, Vijayawada, filled with sewage, any slip you'd fall in gutter. Bus was 1.30min late, and no gps of bus tracking available after it started getting late. No one sits at office desk for information. Driver speaks rashly. Bus is late by 2hrs30minutes. MY PURPOSE IF CHII5DING THUS BUS TO REACH BY 6AMis lost. BLANKETS STINK AND ARE TORN. THIS BUS US MUCH WORSE THAN A VILLAGE BUS. I NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO CHOOSE ORANGE TRAVELS. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. DR RAGHU.

Poor maintenance, unhealthy environment. Sleeper busses are at its worst...nothing as advertised... when asked for movie they respond saying inverter is broken... don't they know before they start to fix such things... expensive and not worth...

I recently traveled with Orange Tours and Travels, booking a ticket from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. The service I chose was Bus No: AR02A9687 with Service No: OTT-3003. I had hoped for a smooth journey, but it turned out to be my worst travel experience ever. To begin with, the bus was an hour late, which was quite frustrating. When the bus finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed by its condition. The bus was filthy, with hair and mud everywhere, and it reeked of an unpleasant odor. The overall cleanliness was severely lacking. Moreover, the dropping point in Hyderabad was listed as Ramoji Film City. However, Ramoji Film City is 26 km outside the city, not within it. While I accepted this and planned to arrange alternative transportation into the city, the poor service only compounded my frustration. Despite multiple attempts to contact Adhibus for assistance, I received no help. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, which added to the overall negative experience. Additionally, the safety box or fire service box was inconveniently placed as part of my seat, which was not only uncomfortable but also a potential safety hazard. In conclusion, I strongly advise against traveling with Orange Tours and Travels. They completely ruined my day, and I will never book my tickets with Adhibus again. Please avoid this operator if you value a clean and punctual travel experience.

Recently my parents travelled from 5th FEB: Vijayawada to Bangalore 25th FEB: Bangalore to Vijayawada On both the journey bus god breakdown. Looks to me orange travels intentionally doing this by saying bus break down and moving all passengers from multiple buses to single bus and escaping from diesel/ maintenance charges. If not i'm worried about the bus condition. Staff has no punctuality, management has no responsibility. DON'T PREFER ORANGE TRAVELS. DON'T RISK YOUR LIFES.

Guys I don't recommend ds orange bus We booked for salem to vijayawada.....they told me to pick 7.10pm...even it's 11.32pm...they are getting late...it's almost 4 hours make us wait with leg pain and mosquito bite...with the photos I Show the condition of the bus ......am not peacefully traveled in ds bus....so insect 🐝 bad smell Not hygienic........plzzzzzzz once u reach ds bus kindly refer the review......

Orange Tours & Travel, I used their Bus Service from Vijayawada to Hyderabad. This is where the boarding point for their buses is. This office has seating for its travellers. Restroom is present but not up to mark. Bus wise it was extraordinary, Semi sleeper, Air Conditioned Scania Make Multi Axle Coach. Delivered cool drinking water to all.

I faced a problem with them they cancelled my bus in last minute as that bus had breakdown which was from Bangalore to vij. They should tell it probably by morning, as i booked it 4 days ahead with my choice but finally due to the issue i faces a lot of problem as i got the last berth in which i bearly fit into. Apart from that the tv installed in busses also doesn't work. But the service is good and they drop me right time as they mentioned. You can prefer it and can definitely use the bus services.

Recently, i traveled in orange travel bus from Vijayawada to hyderabad,bus was old model and discomfortable due to bad smell, teared nd ugly seat. I got last row seat which dont have pull back.

Bus no AR 02 3480 - poorly maintained with mosquitoes. After loss of mobile, a complaint was lodged by my friend but no response as such. Instead, the bus driver questions the customer and blames the customer for losing it because they fell asleep. No support from Orange. Worst experience from Orange travels. Hope they will rectify this in the future.

Neither water bottle nor snack box was given by the traveller and also bus was delayed by 1 hr. at destination. No proper house keeping maintained in the bus.

Worst travels .i have ever seen bus oil was leaking and driver stop the bus in middle at mid night 1.00 am and he said we can’t move the bus and they didn’t show the options also driver and company staff is rude and saying we will refund. My suggestion is don’t book orange travels .In NTR circle branch the name of person Giri is showing attitude fully not helping also for customers worst travels .

Pickup busses available to reach the boarding point. AC busses and non ac busses are available. Can book online through Phonepe or Google pay apps. Bus tracking link will be provided. Awake alarm before destination is a plus point.

The worse maintenance & time sense I have travelled from Vja - Mumbai this is the second time I'm facing problem bus maintenance is not good, staff are rude to passengers always runs 4hrs delay. No stops for food.

This is one of the boarding point near NTR statue in Vijayawada. From here you can book tickets and board bus towards visakhapatnam, hyderabad etc. Maintenance of wash room is horrible and approach to waiting room is terrific. The slab on drain damaged mostly.

Please go for another travels . Worest buses ever . Worst maintainance . In bus ac not working seats are toooo dirty not evn minimum maintenance worst buses ever

My Bus came on time and the staff made sure that I’m coming to the bus stop mentioned on their portal pick up time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Reached the destination perfectly on time as posted and the luggage was properly given to hands after getting out of the bus. TV is not working but that doesn’t matter for me. It would be nicer if they offered any snacks or refreshments as there’re some children in the bus. I’d recommend this travels service.

Very pathetic journey..the ac kept leaking all night..the driver cleaner are very rude to ladies..we 6 ladies stood on the aisle and traveled almost 8 hours with wet cloths. The customer care people also didn't help Worst experience in my life time

I had travelled from Srikakulam to vijayawada and they didn't even stop bus for dinner... I had a worst experience with this travels ... N they didn't reached my destination at crct tym
