واقعا از خرید از گالری اُرِل لذت بردم. طلاهاشون هم از نظر طرح خیلی خاص و شیک هستن، هم از نظر کیفیت فوق‌العاده‌ان. رفتار صمیمی و محترمانه‌شون باعث شد حس کنم از دوست قدیمی‌م خرید می‌کنم، نه از یک فروشگاه. واقعاً بهترین تجربه خرید طلا رو اینجا داشتم

طراحیاشون خیلی خاص هست من توی طلافروشی های دیگه مشابهشو ندیدم من از رفتار پرسنلشون خیلی راضی بودم و خیلی خوب راهنمایی میکردن

همه چی عالی بود، هم طراحی طلا خاص بود و هم برخوردشون خیلی محترمانه و صمیمی بود. لذت بردم از خریدم.

رفتار محترمانه و حرفه ای و طلاهای خاصی داشتند.توصیه می کنم.

Amazing shopping experience at Orel gold gallery!!! It’s a wonderful and inviting space that is great to experience when in mashhad. Staff was inviting and friendly. Amazing store with tons of product and open space. This location has so many staff members that you barely have to wait sometimes even during holiday seasons. in addition there’s something for everyone. They make luxury accessible. The service center for repairs and maintenance is extremely organized too. I highly recommend this place to put on your list to see and check out the amazing jewelry and more! I wish I gave them more 5 star.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing shopping experience at Orel Gallery. During my visit, I encountered three staff members who were shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for help finding an item, they responded with eye-rolls and sarcastic comments, making me feel unwelcome and embarrassed for even asking. Their behavior only worsened as I continued to shop. They congregated behind the counter, openly mocking customers and ignoring anyone who approached for assistance. This level of disrespect is unacceptable in any setting, but especially in a place of business that relies on customer satisfaction. I left the store feeling frustrated and insulted, vowing never to return. I hope the management at Orel Gallery takes immediate action to address this unacceptable behavior. No customer should have to endure such a negative experience.
