I recently stayed at Serenity Villa in Varca, Goa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The villa is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a calm atmosphere that really suits the name “Serenity.” The location is quite convenient too—Varca Beach is just a short distance away, and the neighborhood feels peaceful compared to the busier parts of Goa. The staff were generally helpful and polite, and the check-in process went smoothly. The villa’s interiors are simple but comfortable, and the outdoor area is nice for relaxing, especially in the evenings. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. Some of the amenities felt a bit basic for the price, and Wi-Fi could have been more reliable. A little more attention to detail in terms of upkeep would make the stay even better. Overall, Serenity Villa is a good option if you’re looking for a quiet getaway in South Goa—not perfect, but definitely a comfortable and peaceful place to unwind.

We stayed here for long and trust best ever experience I got here. Especially swimming pool was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay .

We stayed in casa regal c-15 inside serenity residences colony It was a 3bhk setup 2 rooms had bathroom/toilet inside whereas the top floor room had only toilet and also House was clean. Owners were very helpful in case of any issue encountered. On the day of our arrival to they also shared information of nearby restaurants and places to visit. We enjoyed our stay

We stayed at 40 Winks C5 Villa in Varca for 2 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The interiors were beautifully done, and the amenities provided were top-notch—everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a perfect home away from home. We completely enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay in Varca!

Quite good location near the beach and restaurants, but disappointed with the cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, where red ants were common. No on-site parking, and locals staying on the property were not welcoming, moving our vehicles parked outside. Could improve on maintenance and guest experience.

Friendly hosts. Nice location and spacious rooms. Please have your swim costume with you if you want to book this stay. The residents will pick up a fight if you get into the pool without a proper swim costume 😁

Bluebells Meadow 2BHK Serenity Residences I'll let the pictures speak for themselves ! The owner is fully aware of the state of this place but refuses to take any responsibility. She reacts angrily to complaints. The flat is in a dirty, dilapidated state. Requested compensation/refund directly from the owner but this was refused.

Rooms and service could have been a bit more better. Bathrooms were not upto the mark. No toiletries were provided. Room were not cleaned daily. The aqua guard filter was not clean. Though it had 3 rooms but one of the room was open with no door or washroom. Had to call for very basic things. Villa was good but poorly maintained.

The apartment was really spacious and very well designed. The only problem with the apartment is the maintenance issue. It is not properly cleaned and the stairway is quiet dirty. The interiors and comfort of the rooms are very well designed and even the kitchen is well equipped. Overall a good stay but if the maintenance is done properly than this residence is one of the best stays in Goa

I stayed at Sea Esta which was simply lovely. It's equipped with all the necessities and the owners were more than willing to accommodate requests. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. We loved the overall experience and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in South Goa.

We have stayed here for 2 days. The location is great there's a beach nearby but all the eateries are quite far. Overall our experience was 9/10.

It's a decent place to stay.

Villas here are located in a peaceful locality. There is 24 hours security. The complex has a swimming pool but it's not well maintained. Otherwise everything you need like groceries and restaurants are at 5 to 10 minute drive. Landscapes at this place are very well maintained.

The villa truly gives you an unforgettable experience. The way it's decorated, be it the furniture or appliances, makes you feel right at home but with a feeling of grandeur. Must visit if you want to be at peace while spending time in South Goa

The place is really huge, good to accommodate 10 people. It's got 5 bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom and a mini fridge. They got a pool which is well maintained and not too shallow. The only problem is that it does not provide wifi.

We recently stayed at one of the Villas in Serenity Residency hosted by Manan; it is a beautiful property with greenery all around. The villa was well maintained,spacious, equipped with more than required amenities. The care taker and domestic help were also very prompt . The internet connectivity at the villa was seamless, we could also work for few days without any issues. There are 3 beaches in 15 min drive distance, and plenty of food options too. Great option for a staycation or a complete vacation for a family or group of friends!

Pleasant and calm place. Beach is like 2-3km from here. You need to have a vehicle if you are staying here as stores and restaurants are not that nearby. Swimming pool is clean and time is from 7am to 7pm. Make sure have swimming costume to enjoy pool. Room service is not that helpful. But rooms are clean and spacious. They do provide number of you need a rental car or bike.

Lovely setup and very warm hosts. Very safe and secure for one with family. Although parking is on the road and hence subject to loads of dirt, leaves and 🐦 droppings. Would surely be visiting again as it's a stones throw from the beach.. Thank you ( Mannan and team)

Good property to stay in peaceful area of South Goa. Decent priced and can be booked via Airbnb with discounts. The scenic views from the villas and apartments are amazing. Has a well maintained swimming pool too. Santosh and George were helpful staff.

Booked on the net through airbnb. This is serenity residences 643, 1st near caravela beach south goa. We are a group of four, very old friends. Single advice - stay away, its a trap. Local assit Durga - you are lucky if he picks up your call in 10 times. rooms are good size, but kitchen is pathetic, no utencils, nothing to lift hot pot from the stove etc. toaster is broken, split a.c. in hall broken, rat ate away half of our bread loaf one night. Location is good. Oh!! and there is no power back up, chairs in terrace are rusted and broken....long list of things that are bad actually. Wifi also does not work properly........................
